Ian gave a big grin when she kissed his cheek and laughed. "Wow babe if I get a kiss on the cheek for sharing what would happen if I made you something," he said laughing as he took the spoon from her and started digging into his own macoroni and cheese. Today was a good day so far. He slept, met some new people, played around with Lorelai and now hes eating with another good friend. All that was missing is him finding Spitfire and bugging her. Perhaps he would look for her in the garage since he heard she spends alot of time there.
Ian looked back at Heather and smiled when she asked him about surfing. "Aw yea riding the waves is a great. I do it every chance I get. Theres nothing like a clear day with fifteen footers and finding a knarly pipeline. But yea surfing and hockey are my life babe. I love 'em both," he aid thinking abut his home in California.

Heather nodded, acknowledging that she was listening to him. "That's cool," she said with a smile. She took another bite of her food and was enjoying the fact that they were sharing a nice time, eating. It did sound a bit corny, but whatever. She was spending time with her crush, and had no problem with that. "So how does one surf? I mean I can't balance at all when I tried it once." She giggled at herself, remembering the time to tried to surf on 2 foot small waves out in Long Beach with her friends over the summer.

"Naw babe, its not that hard. You get the hang of it after you tried it a couple of times. You just gotta find which board suits you best and whats the best way to find your balance. If we ever get the chance to babe, I'll show you how if we ever get the chance," Ian said easily as he ate his mac and cheese.
"What about you Artist chick? What do you like to do besides draw?" he asked as he ate his food smiling at her.

Heather took another bite of their food and nodded. "Thanks, I'll definitely consider it," she said with a smile. She scratched her head, feeling an itch on her scalp. It felt much better not having her hair to worry about. She was going to have her hair back more often.
She shrugged and grabbed a spoonful of mac and smiled to Ian. "Well, I sketch," she laughed at her own joke. "Seriously though, I love to try new things. I like to play sports, umm just have fun really." She ate her food and gave him a cheesy smile.

Ian finished his bowl and smiled at her. "Righteous babe, the adventurous ones are always fun," he said with a wink as he got up to put the empty bowl and plate in the dishwasher. He took out a can of soda and opened it up, chugging it in a few gulps.
"So what are you up to today babe? Going to go and draw stuff or you gonna play around with water some more?" Ian asked with another laugh as he tossed her a soda and took another one for himself.

She smiled with pride and cleaned around her mouth before placing her spoon into the dishwasher. She grabbed the soda Ian thew to her at the last minute and opened it hearing a TSSSK. She took a sip, feeling the carbonated drink sting her tongue. She wiped her mouth with her hand and answered Ian's question.
"Well if you are up for being drawn I guess I can do that now or later. What were you thinking of doing?" She wanted to spend more time with him and could only pray that Lorelai wouldn't get in the way.

Ian drank his soda and thught for a moment his plans on his lazy day. He did say that he would look for Lorelai later on so they could chill and he also thought that eventually he needed to get dressed and showered. But then again it was his lazy day so he'd play it by ear.
"Well babe, I told Pipsqueek I'd find her later on and I need a shower. But I got no time set for anything as of now. Although I do want a shower," he said looking out the window at the snow that was slowly starting to pile up. "Whoa... I have never seen so much snow in my life! They said by tonight its supposed to be almost three feet high! Thats SICK!" he said excitedly as he looked out the window. He wanted to go outside and play in it eventually. It would be a first time thing for him.

Heather turned her head. "Pipsqeek?" she asked, not knowing it was Ian's pet name for Lorelai. She nodded as he explained what he was planning to do that day. "Ah," she said with a smirk. "Yes showering is alway a good thing." She took a mental note to take one herself. She hadn't since the day before and that was disgusting to her. She took another sip of her soda, this time able to drink a bit more. She as never a soda person, but once in a while didn't mind the sugar rush. After a shower she would feel refreshed and ready for the new day.
She looked at the snow after Ian mentioned it. "I know it's beautiful." She smiled and thought about home. She and her parents would always make a snowman on the first day it snowed in winter. However because of global warming, the winters have been very "non-traditional" over the past couple of years. After she discovered her powers, everything changed and her relationship with her mother would never be the same again. She tried calling again on Christmas Day. Her father answered and was deeply happy to hear from his only child. Her mother, on the other hand, was arrogant as usual, and wouldn't come to the phone. "Sorry Hedy," her father said. "Mom is still...you know...a little 'funny' about it." Heather hated that word. Funny. Her father would always say that when he didn't want to admit he hated whatever it was he had detest for.
Heather shook her thoughts away and looked to Ian. "Well whatever you want to do is fine," she said with a wince. "I'm just going to let the day happen and play by ear."
