Aideen looked at Ian for a moment at the very unexpected gesture of kindness from his part before she took the large warm sweater and slipped it over her head. "Thank you," she said softly as she slipped it over her head. It reached her knees and instantly enveloped her in its warmth. Her body began absorbing the heat from the sweater very quickly.
Aideen adjusted it so it would fit and then looked down at Haven. What was going on here? All she needed to know was that they had to be on their guard. She glanced at the three of them in turn, her dark eyes plainly saying: Be careful.

Heather looked to Ian and smiled at the gesture he did to Aideen. She was waiting for Aideen to glare at him and set him on fire. Fortunately, Aideen recognized the gesture was a kind one and an offer of friendship. Heather looked back and forth between Ian, Lorelai, Aideen and the delivery man. "Let's get Haven inside. She is loosing a lot of blood..." she trailed off at the site of the blood she just mentioned. She was never in this situation before and didn't expect it to ever happen.
Usually blood and gore movies made her sick, however Heather was stronger now and her only concern was to get Haven to safety. The only problem is, was this the same Haven that they just saw before. It was getting confusing and Aideen's look didn't make Heather feel any better. Maybe it wasn't Haven they saw before. But in the mean time, the current Haven needed their help and she was going to give it to her.

Lorelai had smiled down at Ian but it quickly faded as she heard someone approaching, breathing heavily. After Ian got up, she stood up to see Aideen falling to her knees with a bleeding girl in her arms, asking for help. Running over to her along with Ian and Heather, she saw that the girl Aideen had carried had similar striking white hair as the girl they had seen walking to the school earlier, even though it was for only a brief second. It made her think, how could one have gone walking in when Aideen had her right here?
"What's going on?" she asked, glancing at her friends and then back at Aideen and the girl she didn't know. "Aideen, what...happened? Are you okay?" she asked, looking and beginning to feel worried as she heard the snow crunch some more as she saw briefly a delivery guy walk past them all around his truck. What's with all this? It's going mad around here...suspicious, she thought as she let her eyes linger on him a second before turning back to the others again, trying to think about what the hell was going on.

Pulling a package from the back of the delivery van, the man tucked it under his arm and gathered his clipboard in his hand.
*SlAM - SLam* He closed both back doors and begrudgingly began to trudge up the path to the courtyard and the front of the mansion.

Lorelai awaited for some form of an answer from someone as she heard the doors of the delivery truck get slammed shut and turned her head to take a look at the delivery man who had shown up at a most random time. She saw that he carried a package and his clipboard as he made his way to the courtyard to go to the front of the mansion. Her head tilted slightly in curiousity as she wondered who the package could be for, and what it could be, and these questions made her debate whether or not she should go up to him, but from the looks of Aideen and how she just got back, the arrival of the man seemed...possibly coincidental, remembering that she could see the warning in Aideen's eyes.

When he got close enough to see what they were all fussing over he noticed someone who looked injured. "Hey, are you kids O.K?" he asked as he craned his head around to get a better look.

Lorelai had looked back to Ian, Aideen, Heather and the girl on the ground, wanting to help somehow but still waiting for answers as she heard the man speak. Her head turned to him, and she looked at him with almost inquisitive eyes. She knew that the best thing to do in a situation where someone was hurt, like the girl was, and even being in suspicion was to keep her cool, and that's exactly what she did. She let out a breath and her wet hair dried, froze, really, and looked at the man with a slight smile. "Yeah, we're fine, just a snowball fight that got out of hand is all," she answered in a normal voice, hoping he'd keep enough of a distance away so he wouldn't see what quite had the girl on the ground.

Aideen shook her head at Lorelai, "Now is not the time to explain," she said quietly not taking her eyes off the delivery man. There had been too many crazy things that day and instinct told her that the delivery man coming in the mist of all this was not a coincidence. She stayed silent as Lorelai answered the man and looked at Heather and gave a tiny shake of the head. Aideen didn't want to take her inside with that man there and she had a weird feeling in her gut that being inside might not be the best thing.
Right now the best thing to do was to stop the bleeding and keep an eye on the delivery man. Aideen looked over at Heather who was trying to move Haven and shook her head at her silently before her large liquid dark eyes snapped back to the delivery man.

Ian was watching the cold evident mistrust in Aideen's eyes. He knew the girl well enough to know she was a soldier and from what he had heard after the Danger Room session her instincts were good. "Yea Mister, don't worry," he said turning his large body to block the man's view of the scene and smiled easily to back up Lorelai's story.
"You know how it is, sometimes them snowballs are more ice and everyone tends to get a bit aggressive when having a snowball fight." Ian said convincingly and easily.

Heather looked to the delivery guy, then to Aideen. She kept looking at him strangely and it bothered her to no end. When Lorelai and Ian were giving the same looks, Heather's fear increased. "Look guys, lets....lets just get Haven to the Med Lab OK?" she said softly. Heather was tired of the small talk that Ian and Lorelai were having with the delivery man. She just wanted Haven to get better.
The thing was that she had a bad feeling about Haven. She was fine one second and then nearly dying the next....it didn't make sense. Especially when Aideen said she was with Haven for the past half hour. Heather looked to the delivery man, but only saw Ian block him. She sighed and waited for everyone to help her. It would have been easier if Ian just picked up Haven himself. He did have super strength after all.

'Was it time already?' she thought. She heard the voices all around her and the snow was very cold. Sure she was a professional, but the waiting was always the hardest part.
She had heard the children's tone of voice and knew they were aware of something. These kids today were so very difficult to get one over on. 'Damn little brats' she thought and she was all but ready. 'Wait for the little pop, just wait for it' she thought.
Then the voice of the older man, 'Oh yes, here we go' she thought as he asked if everything was alright.

Aideen watched as Ian blocked the delivery man's sight of Haven and stayed on her knees and watched Haven, one of the few girls she had ever met here that had a good chance of being a friend had she stuck around long enough. She had seen the recognition in her eyes when she was leaping from tree to tree. But then, Ian and Heather both saw her go into the mansion not that long ago. Something didn't sit right about all this.
She sighed a bit thinking how maybe it would have been best to run the opposite way and find a teacher to get Haven. But who's to say that Sabretooth wouldn't have caught her scent and followed her? If anything happened to Wolverine it would be all her fault and she didn't know if she could live with herself for that. It would mean two deaths that she would be responsible for and both would be dishonorable on her account. Right now, she needed to stop the bleeding gash on Haven's arm. Aideen took hold a bit of her body heat and began heating her hand. If they were going to stop the bleeding cauterizing was the most practical and sanitary way.

Heather winced as she knew what Aideen was going to do. It was a way to stop the bleeding, and it was the most sanitary. She was going to burn the wounds shut. Heather looked to Ian and Lorelai to see their reactions. Then tried to see if the delivery man left or was still behind Ian.

"Step aside young man- is that girl bleeding?" the delivery guy said concern in his voice. He was only a delivery man, but he was still human, and he had seen the group of them carrying on as he had driven up.
"You kids can't just let her bleedd to death, what will you do? Is anyone home?" He reached for his cell phone and pulled it from his pocket flipping it open.

Feeling the heat , Haven readied herself. She was not about to get burned alive. Knowing the group was all around her and yet unable to move, she could do nothing but wait.
