Returning to find out what is wrong....

[Aqua]

She sighed feeling guilty of asking the question. Aideen seemed to be very comfortable with Kyle. They would hang together and seemed to get each other perfectly. Plus every time Ian would bother her, she would edge closer to Kyle. Heather shook her head and smiled. "I don't think that is possible. She seems very taken by you. I'm sure she is going to, she is just the kind of person who doesn't enjoy revealing her true feelings." Aideen was a tough girl on the exterior, that was obvious. However Heather knew that Aideen had to have a soft side. Everyone did no matter how dark they were.

Heather stood up from her chair and stood above Kyle. She felt his forehead to see if his body was truly sick. She didn't feel anything, and then wondered if she bothered Kyle from getting too close. She retracted her hand immediately. "Sorry," she said quickly. "Did I make you uncomfortable?" She had this problem of being concerned for people she didn't even know well. As long as Heather knew the person's name, she was concerned for them if they ever took ill.

[Fleet]

He laughed again at Aqua's reaction. And shook his head, though her touch would notice a great bit of heat coming from his skin. He didnt seem sick, just worn out. "Ohhh please Heather, Have we met? Im Jumper remember? When would I ever object to a girls touch." He grinned and winked. Yes even in this state and feeling the way he did. His natural fun energy shined through.

"You might be right about Aideen, who knows? but I cant react to someone if they give me nothing to react to. You know what I mean?" He shifted a bit and reached up placing his hands behind his head looking to Aqua, she seemed to eb getting a bit uneasy around him.

[Aqua]

She giggled at herself. "I'm sorry if I seem nervous or something," she said softly. "I just have this weird concern over people I know, even if we just met. People always found me weird for it." She shrugged and then said, "Oh well, we aren't perfect." Heather then smirked at Kyle's comment. "Oh really?" she said. She then grabbed his cheeks with her hands and kissed him on the forehead. "Better?" she said with a giggle. One could argue that Heather was being flirtatious, however it was done in a playful, friendship way.

[Fleet]

Jumper smirked again as he leaned in and kissed his forhead. "Its ok, I just have that effect on girls. They get all nervous and don't know what to do with themselves around me. But yes a kiss always makes things feel better." He looked to her with a wink. "Just a shame it was up there, and that I have made into the dreaded friend zone with you." He chuckled jokingly. He didnt mind having her as a friend. He could just tell she was being very careful to make sure nothing was misunderstood. She wanted to keep herself available for Ian, there was no doubt.

Then he tilted his head a bit and scoffed. "No, not everyone can be perfect. But the few of us perfect ones out there always seem to eb over looked." Winking again.

[Aqua]

Heather laughed as her friend played along with the flirtatious gesture. "Who knows," she said with a smirk. "If you woo me enough, you might get me to crave being in the 'more than friend' zone." She didn't really think that would ever happen, considering her current liking toward Ian. Conversely, one never really knows what the future has in store for them, and in Heather's case, her and Kyle was as much as a possibility as her and Ian or Kyle and Aideen.

After Kyle made his comment, Heather knew that Kyle was speaking of himself. Then again, it was clear as day he was. But she couldn't help but think if he had feelings for her as she did for Ian. Would there be any other reason for him to be so blunt about his opinions toward being "over looked"? She nodded, not knowing what to say and bit her lip again. It was a minor compulsion; one she usually did when nervous, or blocked about what to say or do next. It was usually second to biting off the erasers of her pencils when sketching or drawing. Oddly, devouring an inedible object, helped her think.

[Fleet]

Jumper chuckled as he watched the look on Aqua's face. "Wow, I think I just made you speechless Aqua. I seem to be good at that. You know there are snacks up stairs, you dont need ot eat your lip." He smiled as he shifted a bit again.

"Dont worry Aqua, I can take a hint and I know when someone likes someone else. Its easy to pick out. Im just playing with you." Sighing softly. "Im surprised your down here and leaving Ian alone with Frostbite and the others." He said teasingly.

[Aqua]

Heather retracted from biting her lip when Kyle mentioned it. She scratched her head, something she usually did after being caught doing something she thought was stupid, and gave a nervous giggle. "Bad habit," she said.

After Kyle confessed his knowledge of her liking Ian, Heather couldn't help but blush. So it is that obvious, she thought to herself. But a look of anger filled her face as Lorelai was mentioned in the conversation. Heather shrugged and performed a wince. "Ian and Lorelai are having their fun I suppose." Heather was hurt by Lorelai's actions and she knew that Lorelai did it to bother her. When it came to actually liking Ian, Heather wasn't sure.

[Fleet]

Shaking his head once again seeing the expressions flash across Aqua's face. She was going to get hurt, but he warned her. Thats all he could do. "I suppose they are. And your sitting here with a beat up and useless flirt. Whats wrong with the world now a days?" Jumper really wanted to be back to his normal self, but he couldnt really do anything and it was driving him crazy.

"Just remember Aqua. No guy is worth getting upset over. Especially now when your just getting settled in. You should do what i try and do. Have fun, and feel out the people. You learn a lot that way. I have learned a lot about most the other students here just by watching and interacting."

[Aqua]

She nodded, thankful that Kyle cared and offered her advice. However she was a bit annoyed that he was treating her like a child; at least that is how she felt. Heather bent her head down and rested it on her hands as her elbows rested on the side of Kyle's head. As she looked down into his eyes, she couldn't help but smirk and reply to his advice. "So by having fun, do you mean with you?"

She couldn't help but think again, that Kyle could be right. Ian could be a complete jerk and she couldn't see it because he was nice to her and seemed to be a good friend. Whatever, she thought. It isn't like I want to date him or anything.

[Fleet]

"You can have fun with who ever you want Aqua. Unfortunatley I am not in the best of conditions to have fun with, but thanks for the offer." He grinned and winked. Still watching her intently. Noone really ever knew what he had went through growing up, but he had to grow up early and it showed. That was why he was always trying to have fun. He didnt get to do much at home.

"You know Aqua, you think about things to much. And when you think to much you second guess yourself. But hell dont listen to me. I dont think about much. I just do things and deal with it. As you can see. When I sit and think to much. I get myself all confused. But my mind is always working, its why I dont sleep much." He was starting to babble, like there was a lot of stored up energy inside of him.

[Aqua]

"I thought I was the only one who talked so much," she said with a wide smile. She was beginning to feel better about the whole sitation and relaxed entirely. The whole Ian and Lorelai situation was a petty thing, and according to her, she was the bigger person in letting it go and not continue the "fight" if it even was one.

Heather brought her chair right next to Kyle's bed and sat back down. She wanted to relax more, but she wondered if she should leave Kyle to himself so he could rest. "Do you want to be alone or..." she trailed off waiting for her friend to answer.

[Fleet]

He shook his head and looked to the room, then to Aqua. "Nah. Cause if you leave, then all those others waiting at the door will come pooring in." He leaned up and looked ot the door as if waiting for someone to enter. Then he shruged as noone was there. "Or maybe not. Its ok if you have other things you have to do. I will be fine."

[Ripple]

Lian walked past the med lab. She heard voices inside. Of course - that must be Jumper. Well, she could go in and see him. Make sure he was ok.
She gently opened the door. Heather was in there too.
'Hey guys' she said, smiling at her friends.
'How you doing Jumper?'

[Fleet]

Leaning up once again from the bed and seeing Ripple. He smiled a bit, but it was clear he wasnt feeling his best. "Well hey there. I knew there was a line outside of people wanting to see me. Im ok, Though I think taking on the world is going to have to wait a bit. How are you? And how is the party goin?"

He was trying ot be his normal confident self, but something was missing. He was hurt and unable to get himself together. His hair was a mess and his eyes looked worn out. But he was still figiting.

[Ripple]

'I dunno,' Lian said, 'I left'
She noticed how he still couldn't seem to keep still, even when there was something wrong.
She took a seat across the room from him. She ran her hand through her raven hair. She blew her bangs off her face.
