Coffee hit the floor with a tremendous thud as the shaking earth knocked the chair right out from under him. However, he spent barely a second on his own pain, letting out only a tiny whimper, and then looked forward to see if the students were alright. Everybody should be fine...not that big a jolt. Just enough to be a real pain in the ass, he thought laughing softly at his own joke. The winged boy appears to be on things...he can handle it unless somebody is seriously hurt. Keeping one eye out on little Jenny, Coffee got up, dusted himself off, and carefully started to pick the pool balls off the floor, grasping at them with his thumbless paws, and dropping the first one a couple times before getting it secured.

The earthquake had scared Jenny, but she was getting a bit more tough at the school and bravely held the tears in, choosing to mutter "big kids are dirty trash cans full of poop" instead. She helped them clean up the living room from all the stuff that fell during the little quake and decided against playing pool again. Instead she took Roger, Riker and even Coffee and had Riker take out a board game for them to play. It was one of her favorite games: CANDYLAND!
"Ok it's my turn now!" Jenny exclaimed and leaned forward to grab the card from the top of the deck. "Oh yay! I get to go to Grandma Nut's house! Phew I thought I might get Lord Licorice. I don't like him on the count that he's scary!" She exclaimed and moved her blue gingerbread man to Grandma Nut's house. She loved this game, and this was their fourth time playing it. She was determined to win again since she only won the first time around. Roger was helping her this time so it was going good.
"It's your turn Riker, I hopes you don't get Lord Licorice either," Jenny said with wide eyes and nodded looking at Roger and Coffee with wide eyes since to Jenny this was a very big and serious issue at the moment. Lord Licorice was just not nice looking to Jenny at all.

"Aye ya be a lucky little tyke eh Jenny?" Riker said with a smile to the little cub and ruffled her hair. Him and Onyx have been switching turns so since a piece was missing and Jenny insisted that they both had to play because winner got to have one of the cookies she hid. Riker would have done it anyways, as he was just Jasper would have since the both shrived to amuse the little cubs. The earthquake left him growling and looking around, though he knew really what caused it. He knew enough that the only earthquakes in New York were caused by Rumble. Riker did not care for that lad at all and found him to be a rogue that should be kicked far away from the mutant pack at the Xavier school.
Thankfully all was well and they cleaned up the place as best as they could. Riker kept himself on guard for another one, and would watch the rabbit at the corner of his eye. He liked rabbits, they were his favorite meal back home, and it struck him plain weird that they allowed a rabbit to live in the mansion and yet he saw no methods taken to fatten him up and get ready for a feast. Really it all made little sense to Riker, who still remembered proudly clutching a bloody rabbit with his sharp and powerful teeth and bringing it to his pack. He didn't understand the concept of keeping a rabbit around when there was no rush to prepare a delicious poached rabbit with a side of potatoes.
"Bloody hell, I be in the Lollipop woods again. I always get that one," he said with a slight scowl. Despite this being a children's game, Riker couldn't keep his competitive streak down. He looked warily at the rabbit and nodded his head. "Yer turn," he said in a civil voice, not believing that he was playing a board game with dinner. "Oui, Jasper yer taken me place on next turn. Ya have better luck than I do," Riker yelled to his teammate who was watching some motorcycle racing and yelling in German every once in awhile.

Come on Molasses. Come on. Coffee thought. With the Molasses Swamp card Coffee's poor little yellow man could leap frog into the lead. As it was he had only drawn colored cards, no place names, and had not even reached Gum Drop Mountain. Not that he minded losing as long as he got to play. He loved the games and was quite amused by how excited the kids, especially Jenny, got when they won. It almost completely made up for the discomfort of sitting down to play a game with a wolf. Not that he thought he couldn't take the wolf boy if instinct won over and the boy tried to eat him (he had defeated wolves in the ring), but it was still uncomfortable. The determined look on Jenny's face as she played made the rabbit chuckle and her serious nod and concern that he or Riker might get Lord Licorice was just adorable.
Still if Riker got Lord Licorice I'd be ahead of him. With the Lollipop Forest he's still winning. May not be the best move but hardly one to scowl about. Coffee thought. If Onyx has better luck, like Riker says, those two will win the game in no time. Carefully the big rabbit reached for the deck and tried to slide off a card. The last time he had upset the deck and he did not want to do that again. Concentrating hard he slid the card off and carefully flipped it over with the nail on his left front paw. Shaking his head in amused disbelief over his bad luck he pushed his little yellow man back as his first place card sent him to the Candy Cane Forest, a handful of spaces in the wrong direction. He then pointed to Jenny and smiled as if to say, "your turn," and gently pushed the stack of cards toward her.

"<<Come on! You're no more than 20 litres of fuel over normal, how can you be eighth?!>>" Jasper cried in his native tongue, sometimes forgetting when watching his teams race that he was not back in his home. He liked watching the races, he would sometimes find some interesting new parts on the bikes and think about integrating them on his own creation. Although it was difficult to get so much on one single bike. 'Perhaps i should start a new project. I'm sure TuneUp would be willing to help' he thought quietly, hearing Riker call him to the next shot. "Ja ja, jou know 'ow hard eet ees to get out of zhere? Eet took me three turnz zhe last time." He mumbled, knowing his team mate would probably pick it up.
Once the adverts came back on Jasper resisted watching the end of the race and turned off the TV for a while. He could catch up after his next shot; he wanted to see if Italy would use those new hard tyres to their advantage or not. "I'm comeeng, i'm comeeng. Vait zhere!" He said with a sigh, coming back to sit down where the game was being held. "Anozher bloo, alvays viss zhe bloo's." He grumbled to himself again; getting comfortable enough to sit through another round of the game.

Lurai ran into the rec room on all fours, energetic after a run outside around the lake. She grinned as she charged at Riker, tackling him off to the side. The tackle disturbed the game board a little with only a couple of game pieces knocked over. She said nothing as she pounced since it was always fun to surprise him. Of course, surprises were somewhat rare as he could probably smell her coming, but it was always fun to see if he was on his guard. She had been when she felt the ground shake outside as well as everyone had inside, so she figured he probably was. To catch him somewhat off guard was fun though.
She wrestled with him to twist his arm around slightly. She quickly looked to Jasper and grinned toothily at him and then the little girl with her rabbit before her brother would maneuver himself out of the arm twist and fight back. For a moment she got distracted at the sight of the oversized rabbit and could even feel a little drool puddling inside her mouth, but swallowed it because although it did look appetizing, she rather focus on not losing a wrestling match she chose to instigate, growling playfully all the while.

Jenny had been giggling at Jasper and Riker, since they always got really frustrated with the game. When Lurai came in and just pounced on Riker, Jenny still giggled until they knocked over the pieces. "Hey! You're ruining our game!" she said with a slight pout on her face. She leaned over and picked the pieces up, putting them in what she hoped was their rightful place. "Is this how it was Coffee?" she asked the neato bunny rabbit with wide eyes for confirmation that she placed all the pieces the right way.
She watched the two wrestle with wide eyes, wondering if more furniture would be knocked down again. Jenny watched them wrestle before and it was kind of funny until stuff got broken and Ms. Frost and Mr. Summers or Kitty would yell at them about stuff. She turned her wide blue eyes toward Coffee and Jasper leaning over to whisper. "I hopes that they don't break anything, on the count of Kitty or other teachers are gonna come in and gets mad. Unless its Mr. Bobby or Mr. Logan," she said with wide eyes and nodded her head seriously. Her little hands reached to grab the deck of cards and adjust them neatly since they fell askew when Lurai knocked over the board.
Carefully, she took a card from the top and got green. "Aw green. Awww nuts. I wanted yellow cause then I could gets closer to Princess Lolly," she said and looked over to see Riker wrestling with his twin. "I'm just gonna go for him," Jenny announced and took the top card for Riker, her eyes widening. "No fair! He got Princess Lolly! Now he's ahead." With an over the top and dramatic sigh, Jenny begrudgingly moved Riker's piece to Princess Lolly's tile. She looked over at Coffee and pouted. "S'not fair huh Coffee. Itsa rotten luck for us," she said with a sigh. "Your turn Coffee. Don't worry you'll catch up soon. You gotta!" Jenny's eyes grew wide so she could encourage him that it would be alright.

Riker twisted out of Lurai's hold and brought her down, pushing himself above him. "Aye ya runt. When ya gonna learn not ta mess wit' yer elders?" he goaded her by reminding her that he's the older twin. Riker nipped at her ear, grabbing the tip and tugging it playfully. Claws in, he swiped at Lurai with his hand. As it usually went, his twin pinned him down next. The two wrestled on the floor, rolling as one pinned the other down in what seemed like an odd sort of pattern. They did this quite often and there was little that could be done to stop them. One time, Colossus actually picked them up and all but threw them outside so they wouldn't completely destroy the kitchen.
Nipping his twin's neck, Riker growled playfully and grabbed her in a headlock, moving to give her a noggie with his forearm. "What'sa matta' runt, how did yer hair get so messed up?" he growled out with a big wolfish grin. Rolling off her, he swiped at her stomach and sent her into the couch. Riker had a bit more control of his strength than his twin, who would usually go all out whether playful or not. He didn't mind since he was used to it, plus his sister's more primitive side didn't allow her to be as controlled as him. Her instinct won over most of the time making her the more ferocious and dangerous in many retrospects than Riker. He was however just as dangerous, if not more since he calculated others weakness and played on them rather than just act on pure instinct. It was why the villagers back in Ireland were so scared of the woods where the two of them lived in, stories in the villages circulating about wolf children that lived there and would tear apart anyone who stepped in their territory. It was even used as a way to frighten children in the village that would not eat their peas. If they didn't eat them, the wolf children would come and eat them instead. Of course this was all highly exaggerated and Riker would have to stop himself from laughing his bark-like laugh when he was in disguise in the village and heard the townspeople talk about it. Amazing the rumors that would happen with only a few minor incidents.
Riker dodged some of his twin's attacks and gave her a hard playful nip on her shoulder. "Yer gettin' slow lass. Ye lettin' a couple of wee injuries slow ya down?" he growled out playfully pushing her buttons and bracing himself for her next attack. He was going to have a long 'talk' with Chupacabra about why you never attack a member of a pack that is of higher status than you. It would be a 'talk' that Chupacabra would never forget. The two of them wrestled some more as the game went on, but Riker didn't ask who won since he was nursing his hand that his twin bit. None of it mattered, since the smell of sloppy joes filled the air and was the signal for lunch.
