"Like just a book?" Kevin said wondering if she meant to make it with individual pages because he didn't think he could do that, that was was beyond what he could form out of light just yet, but it did spark his mind into imagining what he could do. If he had time enough to practice he maybe could make a sculpture that could move and then if he could make a sculpt thin enough, maybe like mesh or links of tiny ligt he could make something sort of able to move like paper does. "I can make a book shape, how about an open book?"
Kevin concentrated and the shape came together in the air before him starting like a point of white hot light and growing. He made the color of it slightly off white in an almost golden white light. The form of an open book wich was hard covered and looked sort of thick like a dictionary or tex-book. He reached up and took it out of the air. It was a decent sculpt, but not perfect, it wasn't exactly squared up right and looked a little wonky but stylized like a forced perspective or a fish eye lenze, something. The more he looked at it the more he liked it, then he smiled and said "Should we leave it here on the table? Maybe Ms. Frost will liked it as a decoration?"
Then he realized he was talking a little loud and spokt softer saying "Sorry, but I think Lorie's right. That girl told me she was studying hard and didn't want to be bugged, I guess I do that alots, hum?"

Aideen continued her work steadily for the next three hours, rewriting her paper neatly so she could type it up and hand it in to Emma Frost or Cyclops soon so they could give it to whoever was responsible for grading it. She would do it herself, but she wasn't sure who to give it to. Irresponsibly, Aideen had not found out who she was to give in her senior portfolio, which would be complete once she finished her thesis paper.
It was difficult to work with the group talking but somehow she had made it happen. Aideen finally put down her pen and looked at her watch. Almost noon, not too bad for her to finish an eight page paper. Despite the fact that the little group was talking the whole time, she managed to focus on her paper. Without a word, Aideen gathered her books carefully and stacked her paper neatly. She left the room to type it up so she could hand it in before one pm. Then maybe she would eat again and go workout. She would do her duties from now on. That was her purpose. To do her duties, like a good soldier would. A good soldier, a good warrior had no time for those inferior to her unless given instruction by a superior. Her mind focused on those ideas as she passed the group.

-three hours later-
With the passing of three hours in the library, Lorelai had given Kevin ideas of things to make, and when she had enough, she had exused herself from the boys, asking that Kevin not call her Lorie in any way, shape, or form because it broght back bad memories, nodded with a smile to Sean, and moved to a different part of the library to find a book to read as she had originally planned.
Once she had found a book she liked, she remained in the library and only took a seat away from everyone, away from the boys and Aideen who was so engrossed in her work. Lorelai had almost hid herself from the others, settling into a chair in a little alcove-like corner of the library where there were no windows or fireplaces, only lamps to light the area so that she could read. She had curled up into the chair and opened her book, letting herself fall into the world that the pages offered, and was hoping to stay there until she wanted to leave, or at least until someone she didn't mind interrupted her.

(((Thank You lol)))
"That's a real nice book you made there Kevin. Nearly got it perfect too. I'm sure with practice you'll get it. And I reckon it would make a mighty nice decor for this here library. Maybe you should make another one so they can be used as bookends or somethin' like that," said Sean as he looked at the book sculpture. He could easily imagine it making a nice bookend for any books that there might be on the tables like they had at his small library in his town. Though those were just plain old metal bookends.
He spent the next couple of hours in the library throwing out ideas to Kevin about his scuplturing and giving suggestions as well using a bit of knowledge from his handiness with machines, like Kevin should try imagining the outline of it first clearly and working his way in so it wouldn't look sloppy. From time to time, he would glance over at that girl Aideen who was so focused on her work with the same blank look on her face. He did take his two friends suggestions and not say anything to her, though he would like to soon. Who knows, maybe we'll be friends. I've always been real good at getting people to open up to me. I wonder what got such a pretty girl all sad, Sean thought as he watched her leave the room with a stack of books and papers.
Lorelai had left and he was still at the table with Kevin, who reminded him a lot of his little cousin, though there seemed to be something slightly different with him. His stomach began to rumble. "Well, I reckon its time for some lunch, or rather brunch. Do you know how to get to the kitchen from here Kevin? I sure have a hankerin' for some warm food. Spicy food actually," Sean asked the small boy.

"Yea Sean, I'm pooped. All this light sculpting for a couple, three hours is tiring. I could go for a snack, but I was wondering if you could help me to find Guardian." Kevin wondered where the big guy had been since he thought he was supposed to find him here and then leed Heather, the girl called Aqua , tocome to him for a surprise. "I was supposed to find him here and he's certinly not here. You can't miss him, he looks like a big red dragon!" Kevin threw his arms wide to imitate wings "With wings!"
He hoped that sean would help him because the mansion was HUGE and it would take all day to find Guardian, 'That wouldn't be bad.' Kevin thought 'To spend all day with TuneUp, would be heaven.' "Hey why do they call you Tune Up again?" Kevin had forgoten but since Sean had spoken of machines he thought it had something to do with being a mechanic "You gonna fix the blender or something?"

He really is a lot like my little cousin. Funny little tyke as my mom would say, Sean thought as he watched Kevin descvribe the Dragon like boy named Guardian. He adjusted his hat and heard his stomach rumble again. "Well, I wouldn't mind as long as I get some grub in my stomach. It wouldn't be bad to meet some more people. Everyone here seems real nice and perhaps we'll run into Riker and Ian as well. They are some funny guys we had a long talk last night. And we might run into Anastasia and Heather. " And maybe Aideen. Perhaps I'll even get a chance to talk to her...
Sean didn't know why the girl appealed to him so much. She sure was a looker, that was obvious. Maybe it was the fact that she looked so blank and lost, like no one had ever shown her an ounce of love in her life. He didn't think that was possible, hell he knew his own big brother would probably even trade in his precious mustang for a chance with her, but then again his mom always told him he shouldn't be fooled by appearances. He didn't know what kind of a life she had but he wanted to know.
Sean snapped out of his train of thought when Kevin asked about his power. "Oh well mostly cause I'm real good with machines and at anything mechanical. I'm real good with cars especially. And sure I can, is the blender here broken?" he asked as he stood up and waited for Kevin so he could show him the way to the kitchen.

Ian walked into the library dressd in fresh straight out of the dryer warm jeans and his varsity football jersey. He had spent all morning finishing laundry and eating about four bags of beef jerky. He always spent time thinking about the night before. The talk with the guys and the fact that he got annoyed when Heather soaked his last set of clean clothes. Plus Ian kinda missed Lorelai so he set off to look for her, knowing she was a bit of a bookworm, he came straight to the library, having found her there on previous occasions.
Sure enough, he almost missed her in the library until he spotted her blue hair hidden away from anyone who wasn't looking. Ian smiled easily and snuck up behind her, like he usually did. Leaning down beside the chair he dropped a kiss on her forehead. "Morning Pipsqueek," he said with a grin.

Lorelai had long been left alone in the library; Kevin and Sean had gone off to do their own thing, like she had done. She was still reading her book, one of moderate thickness and sort of small words. In the time she had been reading, she had read maybe half the book or so since she had always been a very fast reader with the ability to retain the information she read, especially if it was for fun. As the time had passed, she had adjusted how she sat; first she sat, relaxed against the chair she sat in, but as her comfort dwindled and the book's plot carried on, she ended up sitting up straight with her legs crossed, her feet dangling off the edge.
She was reading nonstop, turning pages when needed, and fully into the story, when someone came up and kissed her forehead. Knowing it had to be Ian, she looked up as she spoke, turning her head a bit to reveal that he was at one sede of her chair. Flashbacks of dinner came across her mind, and she remembered how he had looked quite annoyed, and then she had gone off thinking that the reason he had been like that was partly her fault along with Heather's. But he didn't seem mad, at least with her, so she returned the grin. "Morning, Apeman," she laughed, closing her book, and lifting herself up to kiss his cheek and sit back down. "You're not mad at me?" she asked, feeling the need to even though it didn't seem like he did. "I know you looked really annoyed," she commented, and saw that he had on fresh clothes, jeans and a jersey. "Oh, by the way, I like your jersey. I may have to steal it," she said with a little smirk.

Ian raised his eyebrows and moved to kneel in front of her and rested his arms on her thighs. "Na... should I be? I might be if you steal my jersey but until then babe, I think we're cool," he said with a wink. He was never one to hold a grudge for long periods of time, and he was never really annoyed at Lorelai to begin with, just sort of annoyed in general.
He picked up her book and a knowing grin formed on his face. "Ah Pipsqueek, ever the bookworm. Is the what you been doing all morning babe?" Ian said drumming his fingers on her leg. "I spent all morning doing my laundry. Lookie here Pipsqueek, I got some nice clean right outta the dryer clothes. I gotta hand it to you women for doing laundry," he teased, preparing to dodge a smack he felt coming.

Lorelai watched as Ian came to kneel in front of her, his arms resting on her thighs. She shook her head a little as he spoke, "No, I was a bit worried you might be because of yesterday," she said, looking at him and then to the side a little. When he mentioned his jersey, she looked back to him and grinned. "But it's such a nice jersey..." she said, grinning wider, but made a face that said she gave up as he winked. "Alright alright, you win... I won't take it," she said, now giggling mischeviously.
She eyed him as he picked up her book, and smirked. She was always a bookworm, always having her nose in some book when she had nothing to do. She figured that might have changed when she came to the school, but it hadn't. Some things never do change, she guessed, but she was okay with it. "Yes, well.. before I had been with Sean and Kevin, having him make sculptures and stuff. Then I hid here and have been reading since then," she explained, feeling him drum his fingers on her legs. She then listened to what he had done all morning, and smiled with a little laugh, glad to see he took care of laundry. Hearing the comment about women doing laundry, she playfully narrowed her eyes, and creatively used a foot to lash out at him instead of a smack she knew he would most likely be ready to avert. "At least you know how to do your own, that's more than most guys," she teased back, sticking out her tongue at him.

Laughing as she kicked him (though it didn't hurt him in the least) Ian pouted slightly trying to look sad. "Aw c'mon Pipsqueek that ain't cool. You said so yourself I was able to do my own. I can relate to you chicks now on how annoying it is," Ian said with a laugh. He leaned his arms on her thighs and grinned at Lorelai with raised eyebrows.
"You spent the morning with Hardlight and Sean? Wow sounds chill... ha Sean's a cool dude though. We were up talkin' most of the night about the chicks here and stuff. They left already I guess." Ian looked around at the library that was empty except for the two of them. The fire was still giving off a strong flame and warmth that gave the room a cozy like glow. "So what you want to do now? I kinda wanna see what everyone is up to. Haven't seen Spitfire in like two days and I think she can use some cheering up from last I saw her. Oh hey did you catch that flying thing last night that went into the hanger? That was knarly, but I got no clue on who it might have been. Figured it was probably a teacher," Ian said, showing how energetic he was this morning and in a good mood for the most part. He was ready to have a chill day without drama or nothing.

Lorelai laughed when she kicked him, and laughed even harder when he tried to pass off a pout. "Aww, don't pull that," she laughed, regarding the mock sad face. She then rolled her eyes, "You're one of the few guys I know who can, and yes, yes, you can now officially complain too," she said, nodding and rolling her eyes a bit.
She felt him lean his arms more on her thighs as he raised his eyebrows. "Yeah, it was alright. Sean is pretty cool. And guy talk? Oh dear," she laughed lightly, imagining a funny sight in her head of all the boys in the school blathering on about girls and sports. Couldn't get any more typical than that, but that's what makes boys, boys. "Oh, they left? Hm, I wouldn't have known. I bet they got hungry or something," she guessed.
At the mention of doing something, she smiled. "Sure, we can go find people to chill with if you want," she said, and then at the mention of Aideen, her smile faded a little as she remembered how she had seen her a few hours before. "She's gotten worse, Aideen has. I don't think talking to her would be a good idea, she seemed kinda...gone. And oh, yeah I did see that flying thing. Probably was a teacher otherwise there would've been alarms or something," she said, remembering the basketball courts opening up. It was cool. "But yeah, let's get out of here," she said, letting her smile return as she took the book and placed it on a table next to her. She could hide it there and find it again later.

"That's cool, babe. Where do you wanna go?" Ian asked as he stood up and helped Lorelai up as well. "We could go get some food, or whatever just go and chill. Up to you babe. And what do you mean Spitfire got worse? Gone how? Did she leave or somethin'?" He asked curiously and worried at the same time. Though Aideen didn't care much for him, he did like her a lot, she was a really cool chick. And fun to mess with, plus he called her a friend.
"Oh yea and you know when classes are starting babe? I kinda forgot about everything since all thats gone down. By the way you know where Sean went off to cause I kinda want his help with something?" Ian asked as he wrapped his arm around her, ready to go with her wherever she wanted.

Lorelai thought for a moment as Ian helped her up. "Umm..we could go to the rec room if you want? And about Aideen, I don't know what happened, she just seemed... lifeless somehow. Gone in the way that she seemed less herself than she even had yesterday. It was a bit of a disturbing sight to see," she said, explaining the best she could about the way she saw Aideen earlier in the library. She knew neither of them were really friends with her, but they were still concerned and considered her a friend nevertheless.
Regarding classes, Lorelai shrugged, "I'm not too sure about when they start. Soon, I'm guessing. And about where Sean went, I don't know about that either," she said with a slight laugh. "I guess he left with Kevin since I haven't heard either of them for a bit," she answered as Ian wrapped his arms around her. She mirrored the action as she looked at him curiously. "Whatcha planning?" she asked, tilting her head to the side a little.

Ian wrapped his arm around Lorelai's waist and began walking with her out of the library. "Ok rec room it is babe. Aw Spitfire must be tired or something. That girl got more fire in her than anyone I know, literally and figuratively mind ya. C'mon babe, lots of the teachers and those that don't know her that well underestimate her. She's gotta just be tired, I mean she's a leader and all now with everything that happened, so Aideen's probably tired and got stuff on her mind," Ian said in his easy manner. Spitfire was probably just down, that's all. She'll be alright soon, she has to be.
"I wanted to ask Sean 'bout his power. He bends and shapes metal, ya know that babe? I bet he can fix the sled my mom sent me for Christmas cause I sorta kinda fell on it and Its all bendy now," he said sheepishly. "I bet he can get it all straight so we could go outside and sled down some of the hills where they aren't doin' any construction," Ian said with a big grin as he walked her to the rec room.
