Questions for Ms. Frost (Closed)

[Emma Frost]

"Well then I suppose you don't want to be my friend either? Or, am I an exception?" Emma said looking a bit hurt. She waited for the little one to look up at her and see her for the stranger who was now a friend. "A stranger is a friend you just don't know yet" she said.

"I'd like to think you could be brave enough to try and make some new friends. You will always have your old friends, if they are real friends you know." Emma stood up and walked slowly back behind her desk. She opened a drawer and looked inside pulling out a book. It was a journal of sorts and inside was an old photograph.

Handing it to Puppy~Love she said "That girl there on the left thought she wouldn't make friends either. She is well loved by many today, you can ask her dear friend Karma. She's the girl with the dark hair, the one on the right there. Karma's a teacher here. Why don't you hang on to that picture. That way you'll know your part of a legacy." Emma closed her book and put it away in the drawer. "I do hope you stay dear, at least give it a try."

Lurai nodded. "If you don't mind, I well...I would rather not have you as a friend" Lurai said blushing slightly. "Cause, I think of you more like a mom, or at least, what I would think a mother would be." Lurai looked down blushing madly. She didn't want to make her feel awkward or weird, but she really did think of her that way. Since the moment they met she became that kind of figure to Lurai, she'd never really met another woman, and she treated her like the mothers in the pack did.

"I think I like that better Puppy~Love, you can think of me as a mom and I will always look after you." Emma said tilting her head and smiling. "So, you will be staying then?" she asked

Lurai nodded and smiled closing her eyes and jumping up into her arms giving her a hug. She let out a little yip of happiness. She never had a mom before and she had a feeling she was going to like her that way. "Will you really protect me?" she asked her eyes glassy and big, the brown being maginfied by the water. "Cause if that's so then I'll protect you. In a pack all for one and one for all."

Lurai stood up quickly with a new vigor in her step. She was going to protect her newly found mother if it was the last thing she'd do. She ran out of Ms. Frost office to go and find her brother to tell him of what she learned.
