Aleksey held on to Leah as he ran outside, he saw his team training in the distance but he just wanted to spend a little time with Leah. He held her close around the waist, "are you ready Leah?" he asked her.

Leah grasped onto his waist. She could smell him, he was like the earth, she closed her eyes and told him she was ready. She felt his arms around her, she felt so alive and yet so grounded in his arms. Her arms had moved to his back, she clung to him desperately. Certain that if she didn't hold on as tight as she could, she would fall backwards on take off. She looked up into his powerful eyes, and smiled with absolute trust.

Aleksey looked at Leah and smiled. He turned his head up to the sky, "here we go" he said to her as he stretched out his massive wings and kicked off with his powerful hind legs. They went soaring into the sky, up, up, up they went. He held Leah tightly, he wished he could hold on to her forever, he slowed down, kept his wings fully out and glided in the air. He looked into Leah's eyes.

Leah's body lifted from the green luscious grass. She looked into Aleksey's eyes, she soared in both body and mind. She moved closer into his strong embrace. She fit in his arms, and she fit in his life. Her body felt so useless as it glided over the wind. The currents lifted them higher.
She looked down and saw the beautiful school. The wreckage of the fight, strewn on the courtyard, paled in comparison to the majestic building. She saw the young kids training and she felt unattached. She moved her eyes towards the lake. The cerulean blue played beautifully in the light of the sun. Little lights glistening at her. She watched them as they moved over the lake, over the forest greens. The currents took them around and around and she felt calm.
As the sights became deeply imprinted in her mind she returned to the boy that held her. She twisted her head back up towards his. His body positioned downward provided her the advantage. Letting go from his back, feeling secure, she moved up and embraced his neck. Her arms pulled her closer. She smiled into his eyes. She saw his handsome and rugged features blush into her heart. She felt entwined with his soul, dissolved and beautiful. The world turned into fast and blurry colors, defining Aleksey's details. She saw every dimple and every loving touch he had on his face. She leaned in and let her lips finish the dance. She felt his own warm lips envelop hers. She closed her eyes and felt their temperatures truly intermingle. The bones in her body warmed, and as she fell deeply into their kiss the bone knifes on her hands grew. They ripped peacefully out of her skin and touched one another behind Aleksey's neck. Her tongue hugged his. She moved in and up with her chest. She did it to feel closer to what humans and mutants alike were designed to do.
This feeling of love lasted what seemed like hours, but the whole flight lasted minutes. She indicated the go back to the earth after they had kissed for a while, they needed to train. Yet she was glad they had spent this time together. Their bond had become closer, and more intimate. More physical than mental, and yet a mesh of both.

Aleksey felt Leah's arms wrap around his neck, he felt her lips against his, they were kissing. His first kiss, something he never thought he would be able to witness because of his appearance but this was real, not a dream. Aleksey knew in his heart he was in love.
After their astonishing moment of passion, Aleksey lowered Leah down to where the paragons were practicing. He didnt want to let go, but he knew he had to. He gently let her down on the ground held her close slowly let go and flew away to join his team for practice.
