It was still relatively early, and if anyone were to look into the river they would be greeted with the normal view of rushing water moving downstream. It had been like that for about two hours. Smoothly as ever, the water surface broke and out popped up Jocelyn, head thrown back and a smile on her face as the sun shone on her freshly healed skin. Just hours before it had been as pink as her favorite set of bra and panties. After the night Jocelyn had, her body was deliciously sore and still felt slight pangs of pain throughout her body, and she loved it all. Jocelyn was strictly attracted to women, but anyone who had that right touch, a touch of pain that brought the most exquisite pleasure shooting through her body like bullets ripping through fire was more than enough of an exception. The kinky side of Jocelyn Roma was one without limits, different from the dominating and independent free thinker she was to others. Her full sexual satisfaction demanded dominance of the worst and best kind, the kind that the infamous SHADE was able to more than feed. Shaking her hair back, Jocelyn laughed and started coming out of the water. She wore no top, only a tiny pair of pink bikini bottoms as she waded out of the river. A smirk came on her face as she looked over at the others placing her sunglasses over her eyes. "Ya'll just going to sit around all day or are we going to get Kelly to make us some breakfast?"

In the middle of the river on a large rock, Mato sat indian style having spent the better part of the last couple of hours meditating and praying to the Wise One in the Sky. The time had passed now for once more was the river alive with the presence of his companions again. Just before the first light touched the Earth, Mato awoke, moving over the sleeping Kelly Burns and venturing outside to greet the day. For the last couple of hours he relaxed in the sun surrounded by water, listening to the sounds of the forest and enveloping himself in them.
With Jocelyn's emergence from the water, it brought more life to the half asleep crowd that joined. Mato could not deny that she was indeed a beautiful woman in the ethereal sense, with a beautiful figure and laugh that seemed to make everyone smile whether they meant to or not. He enjoyed watching the dolphin swimming around her wherever she moved. Many may have been put off by her blue skin, but Mato found it only added to her character. She was one of a kind and had a unique take on life, the blue skin suited her. Even when she played with her image inducer and had normal skin, he felt it didn't suit her at all like her blue skin. It was extremely disappointing that she was forced to hide herself in public, when her true self was far lovelier.
Mato carefully stood up on the rock, dressed in long deerskin pants and left his deerskin jacket on the shore. Carefully, he stood on top of the rock took a moment to collect himself before diving neatly into the deep rapids of the river. After sitting in the sun, the cold water felt like a blast to his heated skin. Under water he opened his eyes to see exactly what made Jocelyn stay under for so long. There were numerous amounts of fish and he even managed to catch a glimpse of a turtle. Mato enjoyed the water and he was a powerful swimmer with all the times he played in the river as a child. Underwater, Mato closed his eyes and for just one moment, glowed gold. The Great Grizzly appeared in the water beside him, pushing the water with his massive powerful paws. Together with his Great Grizzly, Mato swam to the shore of the rive and broke the surface.
Emerging onto the land, Mato shook his hair back and squeezed out the access water while the bear shook himself dry, water being flung in every direction. "I believe Kelly is still asleep. I could catch us a fish in the meantime," he offered and walked over to pick up the handmade spear he made earlier that morning. "We could cook it over the fire." He tested the spear and walked over to the shallows of the water with the Great Grizzly on his side. Grizzly bears were known for their incredible fishing skills, so much so that the American Indian first looked to the bear for the lesson of how to catch fish. Aiming carefully and staying perfectly still, Mato's gray eyes searched the water, waiting for the perfect target.

"Yeah, good call." Shade said poking at the embers of the fire and seeing if it was going to be able to be brought back to life for a little early morning cooking. "He'll probably be sleeping for a while, pot does that to him. Makes him fart pretty bad too, never got that...guess he swallows the smoke? I dunno." Stephen got down and blew on the embers of the fire and they did glow slightly.
"Okaaay I think I can spark this back up. Oh hey speaking of sparking up, where's my demon pouch?" he looked up at TrueSpirit and around for some kindling to get the fire going. "Think you can roll us another one, Joce? Make it better than that one last night, not so tight it was hard to pull through." Rolling herb was an art form and Stephen was a master of it. Placing loose twigs and dry grasses on the embers he blew and blew on it until a fire lit up. "Gotcha!"

"Go ahead Mato, you may be the only way we eat anything healthy this weekend, as much as I love junk food," Ariel said, coughing and laughing at the same time as she stepped out of her tent in her bikini, but wearing a pair of short jean shorts as well. She was up and ready to go swimming before breakfast, and really glad to get out of the vile smelling tent already. She had to hold her breath as she quickly changed into her bikini since Kelly ripped a wet sounding fart and stunk the hell out of the tent.
A grin shot across her face as she saw Mato near the water with his spear for fish, and Jocelyn, looking simply lovely topless and out of the water. She smirked and looked at Jocelyn a little longer. "Great start to the day, more days should start like this," she said, running a hand through her hair as she walked towards them, smirking at the Shade as he called for another blunt. "Definitely should start like this," she confirmed, amused.
Stretching her arms upward, she stretched her body and pushed her chest out a little to tease Jocelyn, even though she looked thoroughly satisfied. Ariel's own top would most likely come off soon enough, since she didn't really care and it was fun to tease the ones who would fall for it.
She walked slowly towards the water, a safe distance away from where Mato stood so she wouldn't disturb the water around him and ruin his chances of spearing a fish. She dipped a foot into the water and felt the instant chill from it and shuddered with a laugh. "Water's perfect. I see it's made you perky, Joce. It's a good look for you," she said with a grin and winked at her before walking back to where the Shade was tending to the campfire, deciding to chill out for a little before she went in the water. “If you needed help, you shoulda just asked,” she told him with a smirk and raised a hand to show a single, controlled, visible arc of electricity that sparked off the tip of her finger.

Jocelyn shook her hair hard and moved it so it fell in front of her, the thick dark ebony strands covered her breasts, the cold wet strands plastered again her blue orbs was an interesting look, but none the less alluring than she already was. She knew how to play the game and she liked it very much, especially with such a good player. Daintily, she took the pouch from Mato's medicine belt and sat on the rock near the shore. "Yea these are nice mornings huh? Nice nights too. Nice and cool," Jocelyn said with a giggle and began to carefully roll the blunt.
Kelly Burns and Shade both had showed her how to properly do it when she was only fourteen, instructing her how to roll it just right. Jocelyn remembered it was back when she still stole the male shirts from the laundry and wore them over her favorite cargo pants and the backwards baseball cap on her head. She attached herself to them and they showed her the tricks of the trade so to speak. And right now, she rolled the blunt with delicate care, her pink tongue moistening the paper and her tenuous blue fingers carefully placed the flakes of the precious plant inside, with the same care it was rolled, her full concentration on it now as it rolled into a pristine image of the same blunt that Kelly Burns first rolled in front of her. She needed it to be perfect, because with failure came punishment, and as fun as that could be Jocelyn knew that the reward would be greater.
"I am so in the mood for a roast beef triple decker sandwich. MMmm or some strawberries and honey. I've been eating fish for years now and Uncle Namor wouldn't use his royal people to go get me a god damn steak," she said and handed the blunt to Shade for inspection. Her blue eyes sparkled eagerly, but she kept to the rules, not touching or making any sort of contact, just doing as she was told. She hadn't been this excited to play a game since that Female Champion in Atlantis. Looking back at Mato, her eyebrows was raised as she watched him and that giant bear next to him. "How the hell do you guys get used to that?"

Standing still as a rock in the river, Mato's observant eyes looked into the water, watching the fish swimming around him. His father taught him to spearfish when he was just a little boy, comparing the lessons he learned in spearfishing to life in general. For spearfishing one must be completely still, taking in their surroundings before making a move. They find their target and wait for the perfect moment to act, and in that moment one must weigh the chances of their success. When the chances are in your favor, you strike and have faith in your decision.
Without making a sound, both the Great Grizzly and the Silent Shaman took their time, eying their targets and timing their attack just right. Simaltaneously, they made their striking, the spear flew into the water as the Great Grizzly's massive paw hit the water. Both made their target, the animal following his natural instincts and the Shaman exercising the years of practice of a skill that ran through his veins, practiced by his ancestors centuries ago. Both animal and man pulled stepped back on the shore sporting a large pair of basses.
"I will clean these properly and we can eat. The Bass are very fresh this time of year, and the meat if cooked right will be rather succulent." Mato pointed to the large deerskin shoulder bag that laid by his medicine pouch. "Please, help yourselves to the berries I forged this morning. They are very good and I cleaned them all thoroughly," he offered with a bow to the group. Taking the fish from the Great Grizzly's mouth, he walked to the large flat rock by the water with his medicine belt to clean the scales off the fish, utilizing the water near him to clean the fish off. He worked methodically and reverently, thanking the fish for giving themselves to them as nourishment and the Spirit of the Water for taking care of the fish.

"Sometimes you know it's cool to get away from all of the powers and just rough it." said the shadowed soul to the body electric. "I think you got yourself pretty spoiled, up in that team of do-goody honor-rollin boyscout boot-lickers." Prodded and rolled then the fire around and through as wood placed there it did engulf and feed upon. "I remember you wanted to be somebody once, how do you like what you traded all of that for?" spoke they, the pair in one skin, to the boxer. In watching the beast of flames, he was reminded then... the boy-shadow, of his own engulfing feast.
The night had made friends of the darkness and in darkness that darkness within had made known it's will. That will be done or done in would be it's host was the threat, and in so folding unto the pressure a relief of a sort fell over the Hellion had. Under the cover of dark and in clever twist turned the joy of a kink upon it's ear and the feeding frenzy begun.
Engorged now sat The SHADE, for through Jocelyn's submission a feast of life energy begun. In that surrender and all for fun she had started, by the end drained indeed yet thinking it pleasure. Though not a game as had the draining feeling started in guise of such and played to full had Stephen done it's will and been filled with the sensation of hunger oh so satiated. Yet as any beast gorged, again the need for feasting, soon enough yes soon enough felt.
Divine the pleasure, for host and prey alike, and in dawn the shadows all found homes to hide in. Resting home this shadow took from it's thrall the best effort rolled. "Hmm, let's see how it smokes." Said that alone he...not a breath of thanks...no look to her, as their joy was in the game and he smiled wicked then in the knowledge and inward.... dwelling in darkness... it licked it's lips.

Ariel rolled her eyes slightly at Stephen. "It's not bad like you might think it is. Besides, that's what all that time after graduation is for," she said, leaning back on a hand. Finding out she was a mutant had made things different, that was for sure, but she went with the change and let it happen. She fought it a little in the beginning, because she had indeed been training hard with her father and brothers to become a good boxer. She always liked hitting things and it worked out because her family liked it too, and practiced on each other without doing too much serious damage. Sure, she and her brothers had their fair share of bumps and bruises, but it made them all tougher and they pushed each other more.
When her powers emerged, it had been a surprise to them all, and Ariel had been down because she'd have to put her complete focus on boxing on hold, especially when she had accidentally fried a couple of things, including that game console that was destroyed the first time it ever happened. Her father was down about her having to put things on hold as well, but understood that it was best for her to learn to control her power. When she first came to the school, it was kind of hard, and different because she no longer kept the schedule she was used to keeping. More time was dedicated to power control and regular classes, and team practices took the place of when she would practice pounding on the punching bag.
She adjusted to the changes, but still rose early to make sure she never lost her touch, because if she did, both she and her father would be disappointed in her, and of course, she had to keep up somehow with her brothers when she came home. It was like that for most of the time she had been at the school, dressing in her baggy clothes for freer movement and because she liked them, until she had been told she should act and dress a little more girlier a few years ago. The transition wasn't easy considering, but she did learn to like wearing more form fitting clothes, putting on makeup every now and then, and fixing her hair nicely, although she always preferred keeping it however she wanted it. Over the few years she even let up some on her tomboyishness, but it was still there because it was all she had ever been. If she were to consider if she liked where she was now, she could say she did. It was different than what she and her family had been expecting in the beginning, but it wasn't bad. Besides, Ariel always figured after she was done with the school, she could always resume training hard to become a professional boxer. She still hadn't lost her touch, and she wouldn't, because she told herself she wouldn't, and because it wasn't in her to.
"And sure I'm somewhat spoiled. I've got myself a good team to be on, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love my teammates. But just because I offered to use my powers doesn't mean I can't rough it. Oh believe you me, I can rough it with the best of them," she said, one eyebrow raised in amusement as she wondered if he had any idea of what kind of life she lead when she was not at the school. "In fact, I have, and probably will again," she said with a shrug. Getting down and dirty as well as not living with the luxuries of the indoors was something she could handle quite well.

Jocelyn stood up, keeping to the game and not saying a word to Shade, or giving him another look, though the thrill of the game was exciting her all over again. She stretched her body up, arms lifting over her head her the curtain of ebony black hair slightly parting to give glimpses of her generous blue orbs. "Mato you are a sweetheart for getting this fish, but I'm sorry honey, I need some good meet." She leaned down to grab her bikini top, which was just as small but put it on anyways. "I'm gonna go wake up Kelly and make him make me a burger," Jocelyn said with a wicked grin while tying the strings of the pink bikini on her back.
"I will want some of those berries though, so leave me some before you dig into it." With a toss of her hair, she walked barefoot into the woods and to Mato's tent where Kelly was still sleeping, since Shade kicked out Ariel from the other tent, they had a bit of a tight squeeze in there. She walked gingerly through the woods and crept to the tent quietly, giggling quietly since she heard Kelly's snoring clearly. She pushed back the already loose tent flap and walked in. "KELLY BURNS! WAKE UP!" Jocelyn yelled and sat on his back, bouncing up and down a bit to get him up.
"Oh you are gonna be so mad at yourself, I was swimming and walking around topless a minute ago, and you woulda seen it all if you had been up. Tsk tsk Kelly, I may not take my top off for the rest of the night too." Jocelyn's infectious laugh rang out at the reaction it elicited. "Come on, get UP!" She smacked him hard on the butt and giggled like crazy.

"WHAT?!" Kelly shrieked and bolted up, throwing Jocelyn off of him in the process as he looked at her with wide, almost wounded eyes. "Are you telling me that this entire time you were topless and nobody called me?? What the hell man!" Kelly looked very forlorn at the moment, like a child who was told the toy he waited for all summer was just sold out. Like if he had came just a minute earlier he would have had it, and now it's gone. It wounded one Kelly Burns deeply, when a smokin' hot babe was around topless and he missed it. It didn't matter that he was playing with Jocelyn's boobs just the other day, he had yet to see the heavenly blue globes in their bare glory, and the thought that he missed out on that was the worst news that he heard in a long while.
Kelly looked so sad that he actually sniffled, and then crossed his arms over his chest and pouted. "Man I'm never around for the good stuff. This sucks. Was it really that hard to just wake me up and let me know? I hate everyone," he said while putting on his swim trunks since he preferred to sleep in the nude in the sleeping bag, just in case that dream of the Dazzler crawling in with him while he slept ever did come true. "This is the worst morning ever. Next thing you'll tell me is that Yogi Bear came by and I missed him too. We woulda been best friends with all the picnic food I can make him," he rambled on, as he always did when he was upset.
Still looking rather sad, Kelly Burns stood up and heard the sound of the river. "OH! CANNONBALL!" he yelled at the top of his lungs and began running full speed toward the deep river. "WAHOOO!" Kelly ran through the forest and when he got to the river, he practically leaped over the SHADE and did a cannonball into the water, sending a huge splash everywhere and getting everyone in the area at least a little wet.
