Aideen walked down the hall from her dorm silently, on her way to slip her senior thesis under Ms. Frost's door. She had placed it in a clear blue report cover for a more professional look. After all, when handing in a report to one of the highest officials in the school, it should look neat and professional. Just like all the times she handed in work at school. Uncle Gard would not allow any less than perfection in presentation and work in all aspects of her life. It was unacceptable to go against her Uncle. He taught her everything, took her in when he could have sent her to the orphanage. She should be grateful that he kept her out of the kindness for his late brother, her father. He brought her up as a proper young lady and trained her in the art of battle and combat. She should never disappoint him, no that would be repugnant.
She planned to slip the report under her door, and then maybe go on a run. Of course, Aideen would have to change her clothes. Running in tight fitted jeans, a tight long sleeved black shirt, and her biker boots is just a little ridiculous. She could use a run and she had just eaten some more granola bars and had a bottle of water and a glass of rice milk, which meant she was set nutrition wise. She would not falter in that again.
The office was just a bit away as she reached the foyer. Besides her run in with that German boy, she was getting pretty good at keeping to herself. Then again, Aideen wasn't fazed by the meeting in the least, if not a bit amused. It had always been easy for her to reel guys in with little effort. This little gift has yet to change it showed, which was one thing she could definitely count on. Who knows when it could come in handy.

Walking down the hallway from the other end Tracy saw the youngest 'student team leader' as she approached her, and smiled. "Hey how are you-" she stalled in her question of how the girl was feeling as she could feel nothing coming from her on an emotional level. 'Either I'm losing my powers or there's something terribly wrong with her.' HeartString thought.
Not wanting to sound rude or odd, she collected her thoughts and finished her sentence asking "- uh, getting on with the whole 'Team Leader' thing?" She really wanted to ask her why she couldn't get a read on the girl's emotions but didn't want to dive right in like that.

Hearing a familiar voice, Aideen stopped for a moment when she saw HeartString. She was in the girl's debt for healing her and keeping the marks she had seen to herself. Though at this point it didn't very much matter. Those marks were just apart of the consequences of being insubordinate and causing trouble. Her uncle surely would not have let her cover up the bruises, he would prefer for them to stay and serve as a reminder of what happened when she was disobedient.
"Fine, thank you. From what I know I have done what was asked," Aideen said in her soft emotionless voice. It was quite nice sounding voice that she had actually. Her uncle would always comment how nice, polite and soft spoken she was whenever he had his guests over and she was to stand by to show how well bred she was. Stones used to like her voice too, but for different reasons.

"Well great!" HeartString said in an elated tone. "How do you feel about the team then?" she asked the question to probe for some kind of emotion, but realized it might be taken any number of ways so she asked "Who has you the most worried, you know? I'm sure it's gotta be tough being so young and responsible for them all. How many is it? Bet you feel pretty overwhelmed, huh?"
She didn't want to pressure the girl for some emotion, but it was beyond Tracy's grasp to think that any person who hadn't been put under some sort of sedation, or hypnosis at least, could be walking around with no emotional registry what so ever. She almost thought for a moment that the girl was some sort of robot, and if it hadn't been for healing her the other night she probably would have looked at that as a distinct possibility.

The girl's enthusiasm over Aideen's position was quite interesting to watch. She seemed quite anxious to know all the details. Of course, being that Aideen was in HeartString's debt she would never ignore her and just continue walking to her destination. "It's a small team, and they need work but they did very well for the first practice. Katana seems to have a problem with following directions, which she better snap out of if she expects to work with them team," she answered softly, not even feeling mildly annoyed at Katana's attention seeking behavior.
"I do what is asked of me. My duties from my superiors come first," Aideen said in that same soft voice that emotion had been absent from since just last night. Odd the changes that happen in a couple of hours.
At least she finished her report.

'Was that it?' Tracy thought 'Was that the 'all' of it?' Not being able to feel hardly any emotions from the young fire bender, just a twinge of something akin to annoyance when Ember mentioned her team-mate Katana, HeartString wondered what was wrong with the underclassman.
"Well, I don't wanna hold you up, you look like you are heading somewhere in bit of a hurry. If you want, can we talk later?" She asked hoping that the girl would open up to her because something was obviously not right with her.

Aideen looked at HeartString with her large unfeeling chocolate eyes for a moment before she nodded her head. "If you like I have no issue with that. And you are right, I just want to slip my senior thesis under Emma Frost's door," she said softly as her eyes turned to look in the direction of the office.
"Later then, I believe," she added in her lifeless voice before she started walking to Emma Frost's office. Had it been another student who wasn't HeartString, Aideen probably would not have even stopped in the hall to speak to them, let alone make plans with them for later. She was in debt to HeartString though, and the girl showed her kindness by taking away her marks and keeping the knowledge to herself. It did not matter now who knew, in fact it might be better if they have figured it out. They would know that she did get punished in a way for her actions. Then again, she might still have them removed because of how inconveniently the bruises were located. They could have easily been spotted or found.
Aideen walked down the hall to Emma Frost's office, holding the neat and organized report in her hand. Perhaps she should have e-mailed a copy to her uncle so he may critique it first, but it is too late now and Aideen was fairly certain that she had done well proving her argument.
That of course would not be for her to decide.
