Aideen walked quietly through the hallway to Emma Frost's office. She had no other plans other than to slip her senior thesis under her door and be on her way. She had troubled Emma Frost enough the past couple of days and had no desire to bother her more than was necessary. She went up to the door quietly and bent down, not being able to tell if anyone was in there or not. Carefully, she slid the paper in the clear blue report cover under her door quietly.
Aideen wondered when she would get the marks for her paper. But she was patient, she could wait. With that, she turned and made to leave, maybe to find HeartString like she requested her to do earlier.

Rogue walked through the halls and floors of the vast mansion. Her memories flashed in front of her everywhere. Some from her childhood, others from the beginning of her X-Men days. She smiled and frowned as each door passed, opening each memory quickly and coherently. She then remembered where she needed to go, and prusuded in heading to Ms. Frost's office. She needed to see her before finding someone to hand BEAST and the white haired girl, who she now knew what called Haven, food.
As she turned a corner in a hallway, Rogue saw a tall young girl leaving the office. The Paragons leader's eyes widened immediately as the girl was recognized. It was Aideen. Rogue smiled, happy to meet the girl and planned to introduce herself. As she neared the girl Rogue said "Hello. Ya must be Aideen. Ah am Rogue," she paused allowing the new news to sink in afterward. "Your new team leader."

Aideen halted in her tracks as she saw a woman with a white streak in her hair come up to her. She was definitely older than her and a bit taller than her as well. She also seemed to know her somehow as well, though Aideen had an excellent memory. She watched her with her large lifeless chocolate eyes and looked at her as she introduced her as her new team leader. Well it figures, she knew it was coming and her position was only temporary. She could have also performed much better and with her insubordinate action, she shouldn't be surprised in the least bit.
No matter, she was turning eighteen in only a week or two. By then Aideen should figure out what her plans for life were. "Pleased to meet you," she said in her soft emotionless voice, her face never changing from the blank expression she had for almost a day now.

Ah sort of get what Hank was talkin' about but....this girl is just impossible to read. There's nothin' there, she thought immediately. Aideen's emotionless presence was able to haunt any child. There wasn't any personality or emotion traceable from the girl. It was as if she was completely conditioned to have no soul or will to do anything for herself. This intrigued Rogue and made her more curious about the girl. However now wasn't the time to get to know her. During the next practice, if she called one this week, she would be able to get to know her students more.
Rogue smiled warmly. "It is very nice to meet you as well young lady. Ah was just about to meet Ms. Frost is she in?" At that moment she remembered Hank's request. He and Haven needed food fast. "Oh may Ah ask you a small favor?" she said with her thick southern drawl. "Dr. McCoy and a student are in desperate need of some nourishment. Could you possibly ask someone in the kitchen to bring them somethin' down to the genetics- lab?" She hoped Aideen would be kind enough to do her the favor. However it did bother the Paragons leader slightly, for she didn't understand the child's complete capability and the total damage to her mind from the previous night.
Erasing the thoughts, Rogue waited patiently, seeing if she was able to coerce the troubled girl into doing the simple task.

Aideen kept her dark lifeless eyes on the older woman as she spoke. She lapsed in polite silence and nodded her head slightly at the request. At least she wasn't asked to bring the food herself, since she did tell HeartString she would speak with her. Her new leader must be on her way to check in with the Headmistress. She knew her name, which puzzled Aideen slightly until she realized that of course a new leader would have been given access to her team's records. That made more sense, also as to why she wasn't asked to go all the way down to the lab and bring the food herself. Aideen was supposed to have the day off and Emma gave her orders to take it easy. The new leader must have realized that as well being that it made more sense.
"Of course," Aideen answered softly in the same voice. "I will get right on it." With that, she bowed her head slightly as a sign of respect, just like her uncle taught her. He would no doubt not expect any less from her since he raised her to be a proper young lady. Then she left politely as she expected that the Southern woman would want a few words with the Headmistress. Hopefully there was someone in the kitchen.

With a nod in reply, Rogue smiled wider at the girl's politeness. Fascinating, was all she could think. "Thank you very much Aideen. I will see you later on then." With that, Rogue dismissed herself from the young Paragon, and walked to Ms. Frost's office. She expected the door to be open or have the headmistress yell "come in" considering she already new she was present in the mansion and less than ten feet away from her....
