Ricki's smile stayed plastered to her face as Jamie spoke to her throughout the cab journey. She enjoyed talking to people - one of the few things that kept her going through the days. Jamie started talking about the Mansion, and how things were going to be for her, Ricki simply nodded while he spoke, not wanting to be rude by interupting or anything. Overall she liked to make a good impression upon people, she wasn't really one for having people dislike her. "I doubt I'll need to call them, I'm sure i'm going to love it here." she muttered, her usually loud voice hushed down slightly.
"I hope so anyway, I mean, sure it gets a bit hard adjusting and stuff, but y'know, once i've made a couple of friends, it should be all cool, y'know?" she added, brushing her hands through her hair, before placing it on her backpack, which lay on her lap. Jamie cracked a joke - or tried to anyway, and Ricki just let out a small cough-laugh. She never really seemed to laugh at jokes. She seriously suspected she lacked a sense of humour. It wasn't long before they pulled up into the driveway.
Jamie stepped out of the Taxi first, letting the bitter winds in, Ricki shivered slightly, due to her lack of layers. He opened the door for her and offered a hand to help her out. She smiled, accepting his hand and getting out. No sooner had she stepped out, her gaze fell on the gigantic mansion that stood before her. Ricki's jaw dropped, "Wow." was the only thing she seemed to be able to manage saying. It took her a couple of seconds before she snapped out of it, and turned to look up at Jamie. "Talk about huge." she muttered. She shook her head slightly, as if trying to shake the image out of head, before she skipped around Jamie towards the boot of the cab, where the cabbie had placed her trolley bag, and her keyboard, which was wrapped up in it's case.
The cabbie'd already taken the things out, during the time she'd spent comming out of the cab and admiring the mansion. She thanke'd the cabbie, before she slung her backpack on her back, placed her keyboard in its case over her right shoulder, and wrapped the palm of her left hand around the handle of her trolley bag, before dragging it towards Jamie, and halting besides him, waiting for him to guide her in. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted two students sitting by a statue.

Jamie smiled at the young blonde as she spoke Talk about huge, "Yes, it is quite big." he nodded in agreement, allowing himself a small laugh due to her amazement. She moved around him to get her bags, "D'you want a hand with tha-" before he was done with his sentance, the girl was standing next to him, with her bags. Throughout the whole journey, she'd refused to let him help out with her bags, despite the fact that he'd insisted quite a bit. He'd more or less given up on her by now, but convinced himself to try one last time. She wouldn't be needing his assistant after this point anyway. "Here, I'll carry your keyboad and back-pack for you," he offered, holding his hand out in front of him.

Ricki grinned rather sheepishly at Jamie due to reaching him before he could offer her help. Her eyes skimmed past him, before dropping on the two figures again. Now that she looked at them more carefully, she realised the girl wasn't wearing a coat. Ricki was more or less dieing in just her zipped up hoodie and tanktop underneath. How the hell could the girl survive without a jacket!? Maybe her powers to heat things up or something... yeah, probably is. She doesn't even look that cold. Jamie's voice echoed in her ears again, and her head turned to look up at him. "No, I'm fine! Seriously... it's like the hundreth time you've asked me!" she muttered, rolling her eyes. "They're not that heavy y'know." she added. After a short pause she added, "Umm... Jamie, can we go in? I'm kinda cold." she muttered, a shiver ran down her spine, supporting her answer.

"Alright Kiddo, we'll go inside in a sec. Here, take my jacket," Jamie said tossing her his warm sport jacket. "I told you Ricki, best thing about me is that there's never enough of me." After tipping the taxi driver and making sure that he had driven off out of sight, Jamie Madrox multiplied himself one time. "Ok I'll take this from you," the Original Jamie said and grabbed the keyboard and the backpack. "And let me grab this," said his duplicate that grabbed her luggage. The Duplicate Jamie placed his free hand on her back while the Original Jamie lead the way into the Courtyard. "You'll have fun here Kiddo, I had a blast when I lived here. It's like a regular school, just one for mutants like us. You'll learn stuff here that you'd never learn anywhere else. The people who run it are very good friends of mine. Cyclops, he's the Headmaster, well we go way back. And Emma is the Headmistress and she's one hell of a woman. The house is all lit up so I think it's safe to say that everyone is still up," The Original Jamie said to her, now being able to speak freely since they weren't in the presence of humans. The Original Jame stopped in front of the kids at the statue, smiling at them. "Hey kids, I'm Jamie Madrox, Multiple Man, whatever you wanna call me. Do you guys know if Emma or Cyclops are around and where they might be? I called ahead to let them know I was coming with someone," he said indicating to his duplicate and Ricki behind him. "Think you guys can take us to them? I'd look myself but this place is always changing and even I still get lost in here sometimes."

Ian had stopped skipping stones just as Haven began talking to him, giving her his full attention just like she gave him. He studied her focusing hard on her face since he already had to stop his glance from dropping down. I seriously would have been dead if she wore that shirt in Limbo. I woulda been staring and some demon would have tore me apart, he thought but still took in all she said. "You know babe, I think it took going to hell for a lot of us to sorta find ourselves. I mean I know I said it sucked that it happened, but I meant what I said that I'm glad it did cause I found you and I know more than I ever thought I would. I knew there was good in you, cause well you care so much about Spitfire and you saved her. Spitfire is a hard person to get along with, let alone get close to, and I knew that if you were someone that got her you had to be different than what everyone was saying about you," he said softly smiling at her and moved his arm around her again.
"Man I'm just glad you're you again and all is good for the most part. I still can't believe Guardian and Elixir are gone, and it sucks. But I guess I don't know I'm not good with the proverbs or poetic stuff, but we all found our light at the end of the tunnel. I got you back and your no crazy demon anymore, we both got Spitfire back... man I'm really glad about that. I can actually say that it broke my heart when I went out to the lake and I saw her sitting there on the bench... she looked bad, like a robot. Now its like we're all okay and we all got as happy of an ending to this part as we could," Ian said before he looked in the direction of where the cab came from.
He was on his guard instantly, his face going a little harder. "Maybe I spoke too soon on the happy ending part," he mumbled and watched them closely, standing up in the process and pulling Haven with him. It wasn't until he saw the man duplicate himself did he relax. "Oh hey thats Multiple Man! He was in the paper a couple of years back for that X-Corporation stuff. He's cool," Ian said and smiled at them when he walked up with a girl that looked maybe his age if not a little younger. "Uh yeah hey Mr. Madrox, Emma and Teach are here inside the uh rec room last time I was in there. It's totally awesome to meet you man," Ian said with a big smile feeling all funny since he just met another famous mutant. "We can take you there, uh I'm Ian or Diesel. This is Haven." He looked down at her and smiled lightly, putting his arm around her. "We can take you there," Ian said and winked at Haven before he turned to lead them inside the rec room. "This is so cool!" he whispered to Haven.

Ricki narrowed her eyes playfully at Jamie as him and his duplicate took her bag and keyboard off her, well - atleast she had her backpack. That made her feel slightly more comfertable. She didn't really like having others do things for her, made her feel slightly useless. She didn't like feeling useless. The Original Jamie began walking in front of her, stepping forward into what seemed to be a courtyard. He was speaking - as usual. Ricki was more or less used to it by now, it was sorta good to have people speaking to you at times, rather than you being the one speaking. "Woah, you know the head peoples of the school? That's cool." she muttered, she guessed that he obviously knew them, if they trusted him to go get new students and stuff, but she hadn't really thought that they'd have a history or anything.
She shrugged the thought off, as they headed closer towards the two figures she'd spotted earlier by the statue. Seemed like Jamie didn't know them. He introduced himself, and asked them where the headmaster and headmistress were, and asked if they could possibly guide them towards the Mansion. The guy replied almost immidiatley and seemed quite excited. Similar to how Ricki had been when Jamie'd first introduced himself to her. Ricki stood behind the Original Jamie, half covered by him, and besides his duplicate, who'd hand was still on her backpack. She looked up at the two students, with a smile dancing on her lips.
