With the madness of her first class in this circus, Kat was actually sort of happy to have gotten out of the chaos. Normally she would've loved to stay and watch for as long as it would carry on, but she had made a plan for after class that beat sticking around and watching people nearly fight. "Come my pretty birdy," she said to Gavin, hooking her arm through his as they exited the class. "You must show me round this circus place. It almost reminds me of the streets of home.. aye, yes, the City that Never Sleeps.." she said dreamily, thinking of how roaming the streets around the casinos in Las Vegas always were so full of entertainment, not by just the street performers and other people, but because of just everything in the area. Chaotic, like she was finding this school to be. It worked.
"So, why not show me all the good places to go about here, maybe where classrooms are, can't be late ye know, I was barely late on pure luck after all..." she said, and then thought of a great way to end the tour when all said and done. "Ah, yes, and fulfill your promise to sing me a lovely song wherever your guitar lives. I should so like to see what ye play...I can only imagine it be as savvy as you are," she requested, figuring there would probably be time enough before lunch and then the next class.
Kat continued walking along the hallway with Gavin, tilting her head slightly with an amused grin as she first passed by Miss Bubble and her redhead friend, giving her a cute little wave while recalling in her head the class she had walked into. "Was that cacophony I walked into something the lot of you are all used to? If so, goodness me, I will have an interestingly fun time. Methinks it'll be like I never left home, aye, only the mutants here don't paint themselves as Vegas performers do...nay, the only decoration be the tattoos some of we inked few have. All well and fine indeed, but are you alright?" she asked, remembering he had funnily insulted the blond boy. "To speak to the Joker like that I would assume you like him not, yes?" To Kat, because she didn't know better, was curious as to why things happened the way they did. The odd Joker boy seemed to be nice to the almost doctor girl yet Wolverine had thrown him out the window and others had reacted as well. "There's terrible confusion in my noggin," she mumbled in a light sad tone, and looked up at Gavin.

Gavin had the poster-boards under his arm when Kat pulled him away. He had to laugh a bit at her cool Piratey talk. "You're so milking this being new thing aren't you?" he said with a laugh and let himself be pulled out, minding his wings. Gavin looked over his shoulder and waved at Heather and Veronika since he knew he wouldn't see them for awhile. Heather looks really pissed, she probably needs a relaxing day away from this place, he thought and shifted the contents under his arm.
"Alright Kat you get the royal tour. That room we were in was the lab, its where we work on all the hands on stuff in class. That room right there is the Chem lab, which Doc usually locks otherwise we could check it out," Gavin said pointing to a door on their right. "That right there is the Bio lab, which is also locked. Too many crazy people in this school to risk them having access to stuff easily. Doesn't really stop them mind you, people here are really creative. That is the Math Room... and uh I guess it's locked too. Weird the door to that is usually open but its nothing interesting anyways," Gavin said looking curiously at the solid closed door for a moment and then shaking his head and walking on.
"Anyways this is the West Wing of the Mansion. Doc, or Beast teaches all the classes here. He's pretty damn awesome and he's a pretty good teacher. Down there is the South Hallway. Thats where you got all the basic classes, like History and English and all that stuff. The floor right below is where the drama theater is and the Art class," Gavin said pointing everything out with ease after wandering lost for a month he finally got the hang of it. "Following me so far?" he asked her with an easy patient smile. He needed to chill out after that insane class.

Kat grinned mischievously at Gavin. "Aye! O'course I'm milking it for all it's worth! I barely been here a whole day and had to find the class all on me own. 'Tis fair enough, is it not?" she said with a little giggle and a shrug of her shoulders. It was all in good fun, so why not? In addition she was making herself a new friend.
Kat looked to everywhere Gavin was pointing out to her, turning her head from class door to class door. Her head was tilted to the side slightly as she looked over each one and wondered what they looked like inside since they were all locked off. "Aye.. crazy people. Like the ones in class, I be sure. An interesting bunch they are. I think I'd shudder to see them on rum if they were all sadly sober there," she commented, letting her eyes widen a bit in effect at the thought. It was pretty crazy in there, and though the idea of watching the ruckus as entertainment was typical of her to have, she only wondered how worse it would be if sober people were tossing sober people out the window.
Listening to Gavin some more as he explained who ran the West wing, Kat nodded as he spoke. "Ah, so Beast rules over this domain...heh, Beast, Mutant Lord of the West Wing. He is cool, and handled such chaos so well. I like him," Kat said, continuing to look at what was pointed out to her, the places in the South Hallway not interesting as much as hearing about the theatre and Art class were. "Yes, my pretty birdy I'm following you, do keep going," she told him with a little smile, remembering to memorize where these things were. If it suited her, however, she might 'forget' them to be a little imp and have Gavin show her again.

Gavin grinned at her and then turned the corner to go down the stairs. "Cool, alright well this way here takes you to the boys dorm," he said pointing down one hallway. "Just give me a sec so I can drop this off in my room. I'd invite you, but girls aren't allowed and theres too many people around to sneak you in," he said with a wink and ran off to the hallway to dump his stuff in the hallway. He grabbed his encased guitar and slung it over his shoulder and then left the room to get back to Kat, grinning at her. "Alright let's roll," he said and made a show of acting all proper gentlemanly like by bowing low and offering his arm to her.
He showed her the library, the theater, the other classrooms, the offices, and the kitchen and rec room. It was a fun tour and they had goofed off a lot. Kat was fun and she was entertaining with her awesome pirate talk and the riddles in which she explained everything. "So yea that was my weird trip here. A weird rabbit jumped out of the mirror and I heard a guy scream like a girl over it and jump on Rogue's lap," Gavin said with a laugh after he told her the bizarre story of his trip to the school and how Coffee jumped out of the mirror and Calorie freaked out.
"Anyways, you were saying something about tattoos right? What exactly can you draw? I was thinking of getting another one and hey if you can do it, that's awesome for me," he said with a grin as the walked down one of the hallways. "On my back I'm thinking, just not sure exactly what yet."

Kat grinned mischievously as she committed the way to the boys' dorms to memory and gave Gavin a cute pout when he made her wait at the end. However she couldn't resist taking a couple steps down the hall of the dorms before skittering back to the main hallway, giggling just as Gavin was coming back. The gentlemanly act he put on was entertaining and she made a show of going along with it as well, never abandoning the drunken swagger while walking.
She 'ooohed' and 'ahhed' at the different places she was shown, commenting in her special way about ones she found most interesting, and couldn't resist playing around with Gavin along the way. It was quite an illuminating and fun tour, and she listened intently to the story of when Gavin first got to the school. "Oh me, oh my! A Thumper popped out of a mirror and caused a boy to squeal and jump on Rogue's lap? I thought the boys here thought themselves too manly to act so girly, but I must say it must have been full of gutbusters then. Definitely beats me own fresh story of getting here," she said, looking thoughtful as she extravagantly raised a hand and spoke. "Flew in a steel hot dog with wings, took a cab and made port here. Dropped me stuff off in a room in the girls' dorms and was rushed to class. Aye, 'tis about it," she listed off, counting the events on her fingers.
Kat was immediately distracted from her recollection of her arrival at the school by mention of tattoos and instantly perked up. "Aye! Yes, tattoos! I can do whatever my pretty birdy's heart desires. A design of your own...a design of my own...alas it matters not, I can do it. I even break pirate tradition and use the modern inks instead of the stuff I could find made of scorpion blood and what have you..." she trailed off, thinking of the ingredients used by pirates past for more archaic and not-as-effective ways of giving tattoos.
Grinning, she then answered, "Aye yes, o'course I can do one for you, and on your back, eh? I should like to have a look at that canvas...yes..." She looked up at Gavin and pursed her lips cutely. "Did you have a little picture in mind, a little theme, a general idea, a tidbit or smidgen of a plan of what kind of tattoo ye might like?" she asked, speaking in a quick stream of words that were still understandable, just a little hard to repeat before giving him a sly smile. "Or would my lovely songbird like some ideas from the tattooing mistress?"

Gavin grinned at Kat and paused right in before they got to the foyer, setting his guitar down. "That'd be sweet. I'm not much of an artist but I was thinking of a sick looking guitar with wings to fly across my back. Been playing guitar since I was a kid and well the wings don't really need explaining," he said with a slight laugh to the funny girl with the awesome way she spoke. He felt like he was talking to some chick that stepped right out of Pirates of the Caribbean, which totally kicked ass.
He pulled off his short sleeve Nirvana shirt carefully to mind his wings. Gavin turned around and spread his wings to the side so she could see the bare areas of his back. "I thought the space between my wings, but thinking about it I think that might be a bit much. I got all the decoration on my back that I need," He said with a laugh and moved his wings a bit to prove his point. He turned around to face her and pointed to his chest. "I don't know, maybe on my chest then yea? Seems like a better idea. I don't want one on my other arm seeing as I got this one already." Gavin pointed to the spread winged golden eagle.
Kat was fun, and Gavin was beginning to really like her. She was definitely one of a kind and he could tell that she would fit in with the Paragons perfectly. He told her already that Sky and Chase were her teammates. "You help me with this and I'll owe you one. I'll give you a one man concert on a song of your choice," Gavin said with a laugh, slightly excited of the prospect of a new tattoo.

"Hmmmm," Kat hummed as Gavin told her what he was thinking about for a tattoo, grinning as he proceeded to take off his shirt. As he spread his wings in front of her, her head tilted and she looked at them admiringly, and lightly traced a finger down his back in between his wings as he spoke. "Yes...though perhaps some sort of tribal design along the top may work if you so wanted," she suggested, tracing her finger along the top of his back above his shoulder blades, contemplating it for a moment before he turned to face her.
A purr could be heard from Kat as she looked over his nice chest, made up of lean muscles that made her very glad he chose he wanted a tattoo there. Her hands ran up and down his chest lightly as she tilted her head from side to side as if deciding where would be a good place for this tattoo he wanted. "Aye, here would be a better place..." she murmured as her hands moved around a little more over his lean muscled shoulders just to indulge herself before resting them on his pecs. "Either side would do, methinks, 'tis just a matter of what ye want. How big would ye have me make it?" she asked, her head staying tilted to one side as for a moment she contemplated what she might come up with in her head as a start for the creative juices to flow.
However, at the sound of payment a flirty but sly smile crept across Kat's lips as she purred again quietly. Her hands moved in the slightest so that her thumbs lightly ran over and then lingered on his nipples. While she let her hands have a mind of their own she said, "You know, my pretty birdy, there are other ways you could repay me..." she said with a giggle of her own as she looked at his guitar and then up at him flirtaciously.

Boldness like that from a girl that had no problem giving him a kiss for the hell of it shouldn't have surprised Gavin, but he had to admit that he was a bit surprised by Kat's forwardness. Alright man, play it cool. This day was crazy enough and well wow, he thought and took a second to get his thoughts straight. "Sure Kat, heh, on top of a personal concert, uhhh well a fly around the school or the grounds? It's pretty sweet at night," Gavin said in a light voice despite how he was a bit nervous.
Gently, he took her arms and pushed her lightly so her hands weren't on his chest anymore. "Down girl," he said playfully and poked her stomach to tickle her. "Do I gotta report a rape in the hallway or something? All you chicks man, I take my shirt off just one second and I need to put have a shield nearby to protect myself," he joked and tickled her side some more. "I want the tat right over one of my pecks, If you can design me a sick looking guitar with wings, you will be forever awesome in my book," Gavin said with a grin and retrieved his shirt.
"Now how about I show you the ground and I'll give you that concert we talked about? I'm actually working on a song now and I been itching to get the tune and put it with some words," he said sheepishly and carefully put his shirt back on his head, getting his wings in the right position. He offered her his arm as he slung the guitar case back over his shoulder.

Kat purred as Gavin pulled away slightly, her grin mischievous as ever. "Do forgive me....I've always been a wee bit of a...Wild...Kat," she said, unable to help winking at him saying that before giggling as he tickled her. "Aye you do, what girl could resist touching yer lovely chest...and I do mean lovely...hehe," she said before making a little show of closing her mouth and behaving. She took note of him wanting the tattoo on one of his pecs and nodded, pursing her lips as she briefly thought of different kind of guitars that would look good with different kinds of wings.
She let herself cutely ponder it while he put his shirt back on and slung his guitar back over his shoulder, and then just couldn't help herself so that when she grabbed his arm, she gave his butt a little pinch and then said, "A flight will do, my songbird...for now...but yes! Do show me the grounds here. And I do look forward to hearing your little songfest as well as this song in the making ye have if ye'll play it for me..should you need help, my songbird I would be only too happy to help," Kat told him with a playful grin as they started walking out of the foyer onto the school's grounds.
