Clearing out of the cockpit after Scott's speech with a ~BAmF~ Nightcrawler teleported to the seat next to Onyx. He did feel a kinship with the German boy and wanted to help him to feel welcomed. It was clear he was not someone very outgoing.
With a wry smile on his face Kurt buckled himself into his seat and turned speaking in his native tongue to the boy "<I love this aircraft. It is a most amazing piece of engineering. An amalgamation of various technologies, not all of them from this world of ours.>" He nodded his head with a quick flutter of his eyebrows to show his own excitement over the Blackbird. "<You will find that we tend to get around, and the big blue planet Earth you think of as so large is only a humble little home in the wide vastness of the cosmos.>" He spread his arms wide.
"<So what is it that interests you? Have you a penchant for science, or the arts...or do you enjoy more to be involved in sports? The school has some wonderful programs areas of study, but what is it that really drives your heart to racing?>" Kurt wanted to change the subject from the jet to the boy, it would be a long flight and to pass the time he felt like a chat. If there was one thing he knew about human nature is that people liked to talk about themselves. He was more than willing to be a listening ear and let the boy speak freely.

The half asleep Onyx was only able to half listen to the messages given by the headmaster and conversations around him. He could pikc out each voice now; he hoped. Miss Dazzler obviously, Mr Beast: The annoying Veronika and lastly Mr Summers. All of them the most different than others. He was still new to the voices and accents so he felt a little out of place in the swimming vortex of conversations going on around him. The lack of sleep and unconfortable positioning of wings made it very difficult for the young teenager to even get into a comfortable position on the seat. As his memory served wings where not a fundimantal thought when constructing aircrafts. The jet had them itself.
It wasn't though until the Amazing Nightcrawler somehow was seated beside him, that he managed to make any sense of words. Thank every higher being that there was a german teacher in the x-men. His mind was fuzzy enough from sleep that understanding another newly learned language was more of a task than lifting the jet off the ground and throwing it to the school by hand. "Danke." He mumbled, a smirk pricking the side of his mouth up slightly. He was thankful at least to have someone he could talk to without needing much effort. "<Different worlds? Do you mean like Limbo, or are you trying to convince me that the majority of americans are correct and there is such things as aliens.>" He chuckled, reaching a hand up to mess up his already messy hair. He resisted the urge to grumble as the leathery limbs he was now stuck with also moved and spread out unwillingly.
"<Sorry. It's difficult to move without those moving too, and these seats where not the easiest to get comfortable in either. I think i'd prefer standing if i didn't know to stand on a jet while in motion i would be pressed against the back. As good a technology as this machine is, i don't trust it to be as easy to be in as a passenger aircraft.>" He mumbled, embarassed at his lack of control over the tallond impliments. They where not of his choice to gain, but he had them now. And despite his tired thoughts, a smile eased back onto his face at the mention of racing. The word itself making him think of the total custom built bike sitting in the garages in the school. "<Exactly that sir. Racing.>" He said, the smile groing ever so slightly as he carefully turned himself to face the blue icon he had grown up recognising as a national figure. "<Back in the school i have my bike, completely one of a kind, hand built motor-bike made in ...->" the boy faultered for just a moment "<-... In my fathers mechanic shop. The two of us spent every free moment it seemed of my free time since i was very small building it. The shop was taken over not long ago and i was no longer welcomed there as well as anywhere else. Partially it is a thankful way in which miss Frost came to speak with my mother. The poor woman was getting such bad attention from me it was almost painful. The bike is my only connection left now with home, every small dent, every tiny scratch. Each part hand fitted to my height and build, painted to my liking. Completely custom. It runs beautifully. And Mr Summers took my keys from me as soon as i got through the gate!>" His brow furrowed a little, the blonde eyebrows knitting together as he made a face; looking over at the headmaster he felt just a little bit of anger flicker inside his head. Nothing like what was normally his emotional state, he was calmer now and drowsey with sleep.
"<What about you? You where a most famous icon in Germany, what occupies you know. I understand the chappels in America do not hold half as much grand emotion into the stone work as in Germany. So what keeps your sanity intact sir? If you dont mind.>"

"Uh, I'm sorry to make everybody move. I don't have to- I could-" Kevin was about to say he could sit somewheres esle when everybody shiftyed over for him and then he had sat a moment before. He took his Avenger's blanket out from under his arm and unfolded it looking to Lorilie and offereing her some of the cover "Wanna share?" he asked her.
When the conversation shifted to the school Hardlight got interested in the gossip and leaned over on the arm of the seat to lissin intestley to what Diesel was saying. Waiting for his moment to speak he made sure to say hello to the new girl who had been so wounderful and passed out the water and the food when they had returned from limbo earlier in the morning. "Hello Veronecka I'm Kevin." he said swishing his hand through the air in a wave and smiled at her with lots of teeth "I love your hair, and thanks again for the water earlier. You and Aqua were totally lifesavers, I was dying for a drink in there." He turned quickly to Frostbite to conferm it saying "Wasn't I? Oh god it was hot, and dry- giiirrlll it was dry" He grinned.
"But what happened anyway?" He asked first to Deisel and then looking over to Heather and adding "What did your man do now?" His attention turned back to NokOff and he added "Cause you know, he's not a nice guy. I don't mean to talk bad about somebody when they are not there to explain themselves but the other day he was so mean to me and I didn't even do anything. I was just standing there while he was having I guess some private time with Aqua and it was right in the TV room. All across the nice leather sofa too." he made a face at the memory of the scene. How could Aqua go for that guy anyways? he thought as he shook his head. Looking back up he asked again "Soooo what did that guy do this time!?!"

Aideen smirked while listening to Haven. The girl changed during Limbo, but not completely. "Don't worry about back at the school too much. What's gonna happen is gonna happen, and just hold on and wait till its over," she said wisely after remembering the past couple of days and how that would have been the most logical course of action. Though to be fair, she wasn't exactly up to being logical at the moment. "Then afterwards you can have some real fun," Aideen said with a growing smirk and leaned her head back against the seat.
"Eh, Aqua's alright. Not someone I'd talk to but she at least knows better than to try and be all buddy buddy with me. If her friend is just like her than at least I don't have to worry about being bothered anymore," she said softly with the same smirk before she rubbed her arms to create heat. At least she didn't ask that annoying 'Are you okay?' question I kept getting before. Of course I wasn't alright, it was a stupid question. God, that all seemed like so long ago. I never want to feel like that again. It doesn't feel all that great to be alone and heartbroken. May as well have had Haven's shield around me at that point, though it might have been a good number times thicker.
Aideen brought her hand and dug the heel of her palm into her forehead, sighing softly and closing her eyes. "Honestly? I feel like a drug addict now that needs to score. Never did drugs but I imagine this is what a craving feels like," she said in a soft and quiet voice, opening her red rimmed eyes. "I miss it Haven, the heat of Limbo. I... I had so much power there. I felt like I was complete there. I wouldn't have stayed. You're not there and neither is Logan, or anyone else really, but I don't think I'll ever be able to feel like that again. I want that power." A hungry look flashed through her dark eyes. "I think when we get back I'm going to ask Cyclops or Emma if I can use the Danger Room with settings similar to Limbo, or something just as hot. I don't want to lose that feeling," Aideen said quietly and ran her gloved hand through her thick and tangle-free with a sigh escaping her lips.

"My favorite huh? Well my favorite would probably be a bit too much for this crowd here" she smiled and leaned closer to Mato to whisper in that loud way that lets everybody hear what your saying but still sounds like a whisper "there are OOOOoold people here." She winked at him and nudged her hear to the teachers this way and that. Gina took a moment to pause and draw him in. Her words flowing out like she was talking just to him but also to an audience. She had a knack for entertaining in a very informal way. "So, maybe a classic. One that you've heard before but kind of fits the mood. It speaks of time and changes that should come about, and of how much time it will take to understand...and it goes a little something like this..." She strummed the strings of her guitar making the sound resonate with a slight acoustical quality, but still keeping a bit of rock to it. The tempo wasn't the same as the old folksy version of the song and she punched it up with her vocals that had a real soft quality and yet a grittyness underneath. She closed her eyes as she let the lyrics flow. She started softly singing ".... How many roads must a man walk down Before you call him a man? How many seas must the white dove sail Before she sleeps in the sand? Yes 'n how many times must the cannonballs fly Before they are forever banned? The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind The answer is blowin' in the wind Yes 'n how many years can a mountain exist Before it is washed to the sea? Yes 'n how many years can some people exist Before they're allowed to be free? Yes 'n how many times can a man turn his head And pretend that he just doesn't see? The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind The answer is blowin' in the wind Yes 'n how many times must a man look up Before he can see the sky? Yes 'n how many ears must one man have Before he can hear people cry? Yes 'n how many deaths will it take 'til he knows That too many people have died? The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind The answer is blowin' in the wind........................" When she finished she opened them up again to look right at Mato and asked "So? Think I got a future in this music thing?"

Moving down a seat, Heather was fine with it. It made Lorelai and Hardlight happy, even though he was one to assumed a lot. That was clear when he saw her and Jumper in the Rec Room together. Other than that, Heather didn't really hate him or dislike him. It was just that he was a bit childish to her.
Hearing what Ian and Lorelai said, Heather could only nod. They pretty much got everyone and Veronika was well informed. However when Ian mirrored Heather's thoughts about Jumper, she couldn't help but sigh and shake her head. What Jumper did and said about Aideen was very wrong and Aideen did deserve the right to know. However Heather did consider that as snitching or tattle-tailing and she didn't like to do that. But this was a special situation. Aideen wasn't her friend, but Aideen was someone Heather respected and liked immensely. She was a hero and deserved the right to know that Jumper was being a fake friend.
Heather nodded slowly and looked into Ian's eyes, knowing it was the right thing to do. But then she grew irritant when stupid Hardlight assumed AGAIN , that Jumper was her boyfriend. Rolling her eyes and gripping her fists, Heather looked to Veronika and said "He isn't my guy." Her tone was bitter and annoyed. Hardlight really needed to watch what he said since he knew that was what got Heather mad at him in the first place. "He is stupid and immature and just needs to get his face bashed into his skull before Ian does it." She noted Ian's anger and embraced it at the moment. Probably because she wanted Hardlight's mouth caved in so he would shut up and stop telling lies (even if he was just being mislead). It didn't matter to the water manipulator.
Her temper decreased though, once Decibel started singing and playing Bob Dylan's "Blowing In the Wind". It was one of her favorite songs and quite perfect for the occasion. She turned around in her seat to watch the rocker rock out while Heather mouthed the words to herself. She couldn't help but feel teary as the song carried itself out... it was so beautiful and symbolic.

"Sounds to me like a wonderful night Allison, I'll be there. Any excuse to dress up and go out, right? And by all means, let's not go back to that memory" she winked at the Dazzler and watched as her two friends reacquainted themselves with the feelings that had nestled, laying dormant in their hearts. Emma didn't have the gift of reading emotions like HeartString, but she could see the looks being passed between the two of them and had remembered the stories Henry had told her of the times they shared at the Heartbreak Hotel. Emma and Beast were quite close friends.
She didn't want to pry into their minds so she turned her abilities away scanning subtle surface thoughts was only second nature to a telepath. Thoughts of a home in Germany -a bike shop, of a heated conversation in a library with Diesel and Jumper and of a conversation lakeside between Aqua and Ember she picked up casually. A scene of Jumper yelling at Hardlight, a song the chord transitions and then.... a voice in the midsts of it all? Clear as a church bell on a cold crisp morning. Is that Nok~Off? What is she...? Hmmm, interesting girl Emma thought. Concluding that although the young lady was well within her rights to harbor whatever thoughts she will, tabs must indeed be kept on her.

Tracy closed her eyes and tried to drift off, but all of the emotions on the Blackbird seemed to push in on her. It was always hard to keep the emotions out, and even harder when she was very tired. Too many emotions, she tried to relax and focus as she did often, on an image in her mind's eye, of a single white tulip in a vast green field. Alas, even that was not helpful.
She shifted, moaning ever so slightly as she felt the thick, full, muscled arm of Mason next to her. She knew his reputation, and yet she had sensed his inner emotions. He had let his guard down and she knew too that he had realized all to late his heart had been laid bare, as now there was a mixture of relief and anxiety, an odd swirl of relenting to oneself almost. It was too much to bear and she was going to try and get up and walk a little around the cabin to clear her mind and re-establish her self imposed 'filters' when Gina began singing.
The song she knew, the words she wasn't so sure on but it was nice. It helped. In the minutes that she sang and set the insides of the Blackbird to music Tracy relaxed. There was in some way a unification of emotion with the tune. Almost everybody liked it or at least appreciated her singing of it in some way and it was enough for the busty blond Corsair to ease her. She was able to regroup her buffers to the emotions of the others around her and even relax a little. "Mason?" she said looking up when Decibel had finished.
She wanted to ask him if the rumors about him and Gina were true, but not here and not now, instead she thought quickly of another question, one that might be even more difficult for him to answer. "When we get back to the school, will things be different?" she didn't mean for it to sound sad at all but after that song it might be taken that way. So she added "I mean, you know, in a good way?" which, after hearing the words fall sleepily from her lips, sounded whimsically like a child asking about the tooth fairy. She couldn't help but smile.

Bob Dylan digs okay. Some Black Sabbath or Zeppelin woulda been more more my kinda thing right now, Mason thought as tapped his finger to the music. He liked his metal and grunge music, but the classics dug alright with him. He felt Tracy's restless movements against his arm and looked down with his hard eyes to study her carefully and make sure she was alright. He had just turned to look back forward when she heard her call his name softly.
Mason looked down and searched her face carefully when he heard her question. "What do you think? It's kinda hard for things to go back to the way they were ain't it? Too much happened and too much changed. I don't need to tell you that Doll, you know it better than me," he said gruffly, but not unpleasantly. He heaved a big sigh and leaned his chin on top of her head for a moment, enjoying the closeness and the thinking of it as the next step for both of them.
"Just go get some rest. We'll be there soon enough and then you can have all the sleep you need," Mason said and after a moment, moved his head from the top of hers and looked forward again. He heard a bit of commotion from the little group up front and glanced behind him to see the Fire girl diagonally behind him talking to the white haired chick. They were quietly talking about some thing while the Fire Babe look like she had a night of crazy partying. Mason shrugged and continued looking out the window at the multi colored sky.

"Yeah, you're right. I did some serious shit and I guess- no...I know I gotta take my medicine for that. So I'm kinda worried, but I'll just get through it. I mean what else is there to do right?" Haven looked at her friend as the crusty punk Hellion sang her song. She was good and Niki respected that. It took guts to burst into song and skill to play a guitar that well, she found her head bobbing along slightly to the tune- some old folksong she kinda heard before.
Talking softly to her friend as the song continued, Haven liked it well and fine but not enough to halt her conversation. "Maybe if I do all I haveta for punishment they'll let me workout with you in the Danger Room. Never did get to use it, all the Brotherhood guys were all jealous of the equipment at the school, that'd be cool... er well, hot as hell. I'm sure they'll hook you up chicka, you seem to be an 'up and comer' in the ranks."
Haven looked her friend up and down with a mock look of inspecting her and then nodded with a slight smile. A thought came to her then and her expression changed to something a bit more serious. "Hey how old are you anyway? Maybe after this they'll move you into one of the advance teams. Hell you were kickin' serious ass in Limbo Em- they're stupid if they don't give you a chance. They better let you work out too, if they know what's good for the school." She sat back in her chair trying to get the back to recline more and then, realizing what she had said might have sounded like a threat she added "I'm just sayin', you know?"

The song that floated through the air did little to calm Ian, even though he loved Bob Dylan and grew up on the guy cause his parents were hippies, so it did sorta remind him of when his mom would sing it while cooking him a big pot of steak spaghetti. He sat there as the encounter in the library went very clearing through his mind and it only made his hands ball into tighter fist and his usually dancing light eyes turn dark from disgust and anger. "I wish I coulda punched that shit when I had the chance. You wanna know what the Prancing Fairy said? After all Spitfire did for him and everyone else, he called her STUPID and said that she brought everything that happened to her on herself," Ian seethed through clenched teeth and struggled to keep his voice normal.
He turned to look at Lorelai, since she was there with him when they made their discovery in the woods and he didn't feel the need to share all the details with everyone. Aideen wouldn't appreciate it, that he was pretty sure of. "He said that Spitfire had it coming, that she brought it all on herself. She's probably the reason why everyones guts weren't all over the damn Courtyard. I woulda beaten the crap out of him if he hadn't run like a little Fairy," Ian said trying hard to keep his voice down.
"Screw it, I'm telling her now. That shit is her damn teammate and ain't worth more than the guts of the demons she gutted at Limbo," Ian said and buckled his seatbelt and stood up and walked to the back where Aideen and Haven sat. "Hey Haven, Spitfire," he said trying to calm down and unclench his fists. "Spitfire you got a sec? You look out of it babe but I gotta tell you something that you need to know," Ian said as he knelt down in front of them.

"Yea, that's the Brotherhood," Lorelai confirmed for Veronika with a nod, and then looked to Hardlight when he offered to share his blanket. "No thank you, I'm good. Rather be cold, you know?" she said with a smirk. Cold for her was a good thing, and she relished being cold again after having been in Limbo. She smiled a little when she was reminded of how hot it was. "Yeah, I hated it," she said with a weak laugh.
Hearing Decibel's song as she played it, Lorelai looked over briefly and listened to it. She liked the lyrics, but tuned out to hear what had happened with Jumper. Ian explained and the icebender's face contorted into one that said 'what the freak?' When he looked at her and spoke, she too remembered what they had found and her eyebrows knit together. "What the hell? He has no idea, he was barely there, and he had the gall to say that? Where does he get off thinking he could say that?" she said, looking at Ian. She really had thought Jumper was cool with Aideen. What the hell changed? Especially when she had been seemingly mentally dead and thought he was justified in thinking that? Did Jumper run into one too many walls or something?
She shook her head and exhaled. "Ian, hon please calm down, we'll fix this," she said to him in a quiet, calm voice, seeing how angry he was getting and how hard he was trying not to blow up. She was going to say something more but he had already gotten up and went to Aideen. Lorelai had a feeling this wasn't going to end well...for Jumper at least. She just slouched in her seat a bit and heaved a sigh. Did the bullshit ever end?

A melodious laugh escaped Alison and she winked at Emma. "Oh darlin' you would love it. I'm sure we'll all run into some old friends while we're there along with some-" Ali was interrupted when she saw Diesel getting extremely angry and almost half yelling. "Oh my... wasn't he so happy earlier? I wonder what got that darling young man so angry?" she said with concerned voice as she looked at Emma with wide eyes. He was so pleasant and sweet as can be when I met him, I wonder what could get someone like him so angry, Ali thought and looked back at them to see him getting up.
Alison looked over at Hank and smiled a bit. "Of course it was an invitation. That means you'll have to freshen up on your dancing skills," she said with a wink and looked back out the window.
"Emma, I saw some of your students at the school! It is amazing how much they grew. I saw Gina and I didn't recognize her. She is just amazing!" Ali said with pride. "And she's got some skill I gotta say. Gina darlin'," she called to the young woman. "That was beautiful darlin'. I knew you had skill but wow your voice is something," she said with beaming eyes as a small idea formed in her head. Hmm.... not bad. Looks like I got a few calls to make when we get to the mansion...

Veronika prided herself on not rolling her eyes when she heard what all this was about. All over HER? Why is it that all the males go crazy for her? Is she like Spider-Woman and expels pheromones? There is nothing special about her. She is NOT prettier than me, not at all. I have hair that my agent tells me is the best in the business, and a figure that is already getting me set up for modeling contracts. What does she have? None of that. She is not that pretty at all, and I will break the men from fawning over that... that... oh that harlot. I will get rid of her, somehow someday I will. Despite the thoughts that swirled around in Veronika's vindictive mind, her face had a look of astonishment and disbelief. "Oh that is not very nice of the boy at all! That is a terribly rude thing to say. Especially about someone who, as you said to me Heather, saved you all from a terrible fate yes?" she asked with wide innocent eyes, blinking them for a natural and shocked effect.
Turning those same sapphire blue eyes to the little blond boy named Kevin, Veronika smiled at him sweetly and brilliantly. "I am terribly sorry Kevin, please do not think me rude for ignoring you, I was just so astonished that people could be so rude," she said in an apologetic tone offering him a sweet smile. If he dressed better he would not be so bad. Looks a little my brother Sergej. Acceptable enough to keep in company even though he seems partial to the girl who had a Smurf vomit on her head. I can only hope I am not disappointed.
"That is very sweet of you, thank you I was glad to help," Veronika said with a sweet and sincere smile, that it was only half sincere internally, no one could tell. She watched Ian get up and go over to Ember and the albino. She looked at the group with concern. "Will he be alright? I must say he is terribly frightening when he is so angry," Veronika said to the other three with a mastered tone of concern.

"Diesel, 'Scuse me, but vhat 'as 'oo said about Aideen zhat ees so bad? Vhat in ze name ..." The german boy asked as he turned around carefully to look at the scene of the very angry and dangerous looking muscle student. His profile from before had told him ofthe code name and he knew he was a dangerou student from his power if he was to be angered. But he listened with strained difficulty due to Ians accent to what had been said. 'Someone said all this was Aideens fault? What?! No wonder Ian is getting angry, Aideen is his friend i think, that would make me angry too. It DOES make me angry! What right has this 'fairy' to say such things about her.'
"Mizz, mizz viss ze blue 'air. Vhat 'as been said? I 'ear seengs about a fairy saying Aideen ees stupid und zhat she made all zhis 'appen, vhat is going on? Vould you explain ... pleese?" The low voice said to the tiny blue haired student he had said to be 'Frostbite'. Such strange names here.
