Green the wood and the flames did pop and crackle with whisps of smoke a curl to the sky lofting. That still warm sky on it's lacy fringe burnished from setting sun gone down, blueing to black above. The stars began their dance then set to twinkling. Five gathered round and yet not all friends, peppering of lust dusting of hate, a fine blended harmony of chaos.
"Who's first?" spoke the shadow stabbing switch of tree branch through fleshy sweet foam. A marshmallow made, yet none had been brought, twas the touch of fine miscreant fearful of rodentia...turning stones to tasty treats for roasting. "Ghost stories, by a raging flame...ok so it ain't that big...but who wants to tell the first one?" Eyes scanned, trolling for teller of tales of trolls and other creatures other worldly.

"OH! I got a good one!" Jocelyn said as she rotated the stick with a whole row of marshmallows on it. She changed into her jeans right in front of everyone, never being one that was shy, and stole Kelly's sweatshirt to wear over her tube top, since he was too much in awe to care anyways. She had a beer next to her and was sitting on the log by Shade while her eyes would once in a while trail off to Ariel once in awhile. "Alright chick and dicks, get ready to be really, really spooked!" she said with a giggle and moved closer to the fire so it set off a more eerie glow to her blue skin as she looked at all of them with a serious look on her face.
"Jenny is hired by a young couple to babysit their two young kids in an old, large house, located in the suburbs. The parents leave to attend a fancy dinner party and Jenny tends to the children, telling them stories and playing games. When it gets late, she puts them to bed upstairs and goes back down to watch TV," she started in an eerie voice and kept eye contact with all of them as she told the story.
"The minutes tick by and the babysitter begins to nod off. The phone rings loud, startling her. When she answers it, there is silence, then heavy breathing. A man tells her that he is "coming to get her soon." She is scared, but dismisses it as just another prank phone call from someone looking for jollies. After flipping through the channels for about fifteen minutes, the phone rings again. Jenny didn't anticipate this and she once again, jumped up. This time, when she answers it, the man begins laughing hysterically and tells her that he is getting closer and closer. That did it. Jenny is really scared now and calls the police. They tell her that it's probably just a prank caller but that they can trace the call if she can keep him on the phone longer the next time he calls. Once again, she sits down on the couch, very alert this time. For the third time, the phone rings. The man tells the babysitter that he has come for her and that it won't be long. He continues heavy breathing until the babysitter is so scared that she hangs up the phone again, panic setting in. She decides to gather the kids and run from the house when the phone rings again..." Jocelyn paused and made sure she had all their attention before continuing.
"Debating whether or not to answer it, curiosity wins out and she picks up the receiver. Hearing that it is a policeman, she is relieved. The relief is short-lived because he tells her frantically, Get out of the house NOW! The caller is INSIDE OF THE HOUSE and is calling from the upstairs phone!" Having no choice, she flees the house as the police arrive. The intruder escapes through a window but they find the children upstairs, dead. An ax is laying on the floor, dripping with blood and seeping into the carpet," She finished looking at all of them with a creepy smile and then burst into giggles. "Think about that next time we're left at the mansion alone," she said with a giggle and began making her s'mores since all her marshmallows were nice and toasted. "Top that bitches."

"Pssh that wasn't scary," Kelly said waving it off while looking around nervously and stuffing a freshly made s'more into his mouth. "Ahh coold tchell a bete story in ma sleep," he added with his mouthful and the shifted his eyes around the large campsite. They needed to find a good area cause Mato wanted to set up his tepee and Ariel's tent was pretty big, but right now with the only light around them to be the small fire they started, the woods looked pretty big and pretty threatening. Just as he swallowed his s'more, an owl hooted from the trees making Kelly Burns scream. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! IT'S THE KILLER!" he yelled at the top of his lungs and threw the other s'more he was holding into the fire and jumped on Ariel's lap, holding her tight.
"Don't let him get meeeeheeeheeee!" Kelly cried and buried his head in Ariel's shoulder, taking the marshmallow off her stick and popping it in his mouth as he looked around the area, holding tight to Ariel in a manner that a lot of effort would be needed to attempt to throw him off. Ariel, Kelly and Shade were sharing one tent and Jocelyn got to get in the tepee with Mato cause she got way too excited about sharing a tent with Ariel. If Kelly had his way, it would just be the girls and him in the tent. The weekend just started though and it was full of possibilities.
The s'more made the fire a little brighter and Kelly's eyes moved frantically around the area as the shadows played tricks on his eyes. "AAHHH he's right there. AHHH! He's over there now! Man I hate serial killers," Kelly said and buried his head in Ariel's shoulder.

Ariel rolled her eyes and heaved a sigh with a laugh as Kelly was being the big 'fraidy cat girl he was after just one scary story. She tried wrenching his arms from around her and shook her head. "Hey, hey come on get off," she said, trying to break his vicelike grip around her and made a slight pout when she couldn't. "That was an owl, dumbass, now man up already," she laughed, although she glared for a second when she saw her roasting marshmallow was now gone from her stick. "Here's a scary story for you Kelly, and you can go hug Joce next," she said with a laugh, giving up trying to get him to get off her lap since she couldn't help.
"Ok so, let's see," she said, preparing some made up story in her head before she spoke, "So one day a gay boy named Johnny saw a bunch of girls being more girlier than him. He got jealous cause they were so pretty and had boobs he never would- he was too chicken to try changing himself, and wanted them all to be gone so he could be the prettiest person in the world. He heard about this magic lamp hidden in a shoebox in the basement of his favorite mall, and what else did he do but go and look for it. Aside from dodging some security guards, it was pretty easy.
"Anyway, he gets it and rubs the lamp so a genie appears. The genie poofs up and says 'You found me, so you get one wish because I'm cheap and can't be bothered giving you two more so make it good.' So the boy thinks hard until it hits him and goes, 'I wish all the girls who are prettier than me and have bigger boobs could disappear so I can be the prettiest one of all.' The genie thinks he's a little weird, but snaps his fingers anway and though it seemed like nothing changed, when he walked through the mall afterward, all he saw were the flat chested girls who had no shape, bad skin, bad teeth, bad everything pretty much. And he was so pleased with himself, cause now he was the prettiest on earth," Ariel finished, smirking. "Imagine that, Kelly, how scary a world without girls like me and Joce and all of them out there like us...pretty scary isn't it?" she asked with a laugh.
She knew it wasn't really a scary story, but it would work enough to be scary to Kelly. Someone like him really only picked up the hot girls because they were hot for some reason or other, and if they were gone Ariel was sure he'd just die of fear of all the less fortunate girls out there who would probably love to throw themselves at him. "Now get off," she said, laughing and putting in the effort to pry his arms and stick her nails into his arms to get him off of her even though she knew it probably wouldn't work. It still couldn't hurt to try though, could it? She stabbed him with the end of her stick that didn't have marshmallow on it and whined as she reached around him to get another marshmallow for herself. "Okay, who's next?" she asked as she made her smore and ate it before Kelly could eat it himself.

Mato chuckled slightly under his breath as he rotated the hot dog slowly over the fire. Once in awhile during the stories he would stop and throw some dried wood into it to make it bigger and keep it going. He was feeling more and more alive back in the woods, feeling the spirits all around him. Upon arrival, Mato had already taken his time exploring the area, making sure that he knew where the river was all well as trying to find out what animals inhabited the place as much as he could before it got dark by checking markings on the trees.
"My people have always considered the night to be a time of deception and a time when the spirits of the Earth are most active," Mato began softly as he rotated his hot dog over the fire. "The night holds the answers to many of our problems and our questions, if we look for it correctly. However it is also a time where we end with more questions than answers." He looked up at the group with a distant look in his river gray eyes as he remembered his home and the richness of the stories that came with the sacred land they lived on. "There is a story in my village about the large river near us, we call it Nahkohe Me'ko Mahpe. Translated it means Bear Head Water, because more wildlife come to that particular lake more than any other in Montana," Mato said as he remembered sitting by the fire as Shaman Achak told the stories and legends of their people.
"Long ago, in a time of war and peril between the tribes, the Lake served as an area of peace. All tribes depended on the lake to survive and made a pact that the wars and disputes would be kept out of the lake. While warriors fought on the battlefield against each other, they would share fish and be comrades at Nahkohe Me'ko. Though many stories exist about that time, none as famous as the story of how the pact was broken." Mato paused for a moment to feed the fire and make sure he had their attention before continuing.
"The war had been going on for only a few summers at this point, but Nahkohe Me'ko remained a refuge for all. It was one spring day just before the start of preparing for the Harvest, and the lake was almost empty in the early morning. On the lake stood a young Lakota Warrior named Keme, with fishing spear in hand, trying to beat the others in the morning fishing rush. He stood very still, his eyes set on a large fish that swam nervously near but never close enough. Just as the fish got close enough, the water rippled and a loud splash was heard as someone waded through the water, scaring the fish away. Keme looked up, ready to scold whoever dared scared his fish away, but any harsh words that rose in his throat stopped. Wading through the water in the early morning sunrise was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Her hair shined as dark as a raven's wing, lips that could be compared to the richest berries in the forest, and eyes as dark as the richest bark of an oak tree. Her name was Nuttah, a member of the Kiowas, an allied tribe of the Lakotas, who lived down one of the rivers the lake branched out toward. Keme sat in stunned silence as he watched Nuttah wade through the water, laughing as she held a traditional flute in her hand. When the sun rose behind her, Nuttah brought the flute to her lips and began playing a beautiful melody as she danced in the water. It was from that moment on that Keme vowed to get to know this gift from the Wise One in the Sky and not let her leave his life."
"And so for many moons, the two would get up early and meet, sharing many laughs and happy times despite the wars getting more and more devastating. One morning, Keme and Nuttah laid out on the shore after playing in the water one more morning, and he professed his love for her and desire to be together. It was then that Nuttah informed him being promised to another in her village. That was not enough to deter Keme though, and the two devised a plan. They would meet the next morning, ready to bring her to the Lakota tribe as an outsider, for the two tribes rarely met. Both parted excited for the prospect of having a new life together."
"Now the one Nuttah was promised to was a Kiowas Warrior called Rowtag, who was very protective of his bride to be, never letting another even look at her in the village. He grew suspicious of her early morning walks and chose the next morning to follow her. With all her belongings packed, she waded down the shores of the river to the lake where the current was unusually strong for such an early morning, with her jealous promised one following unsuspectingly behind. Rowtag watched from the trees as his bride to be skipped and sang, happier than he ever saw her. When close enough to their usual meeting spot, Keme ran out to meet Nuttah, beaming from ear to ear as he took her hands and brought them to his lips from pure happiness. Rowtag went wild with rage and jealously, letting out a war cry so loud that all nearby villages woke to hear the sound. He ran out of the trees with his arrow up and shot it right at the couple. The arrow hit a target and Nuttah's scream filled the air as Keme slipped from her grasp with an arrow in his chest and into the water. The current carried the bleeding warrior into the deep center of the lake as he reached out for his beloved, before he was lost in the water."
"Nuttah was crying and trying to break free from Rowtag's hard grasp, crying for Keme. At this point many villagers have come out of their huts and witnessed the scene, shock that violence had take place at Nahkohe Me'ko. It was said that Rowtag held Nuttah so hard that it took the breath out of her, breaking her ribs that pierced her heart. Many however say that she died from a broken heart at the violent death of her loved one. The tribes became outraged at the violation of the Sacred pact, escalating the wars to a more violent level than ever before. Not until a whole village was burned down did the Council sit together to come up with a pact. Despite the newfound peace with the tribes, the one area of the lake always had a sense of turmoil and heartbreak. Anyone who sat for too long would feel the sadness that was felt that fateful day at the lake," Mato finished the legend and looked at the group before continuing the last part in the soft calm voice he was known to use.
"To this day, there are stories of young women going to that area of the lake, and seeing a man spear finishing. Many have spoken to him, some even played in the water with him, and many more fell in love with him. There are many women who were said to be possessed by the sorrowful spirit of Nuttah, trying to get to her love and drowning searching for him in the lake. No one knows the truth for sure, but what I do know for sure is that in the early morning just as the sun rises, anyone walking by the lake could hear the sounds of a beautiful melody in the air. Sometimes they hear laughter and splashes when no one is there. All beautiful women though, with eyes the color of rich earth, lips the color of the ripest berries should be warned, for a Lakota warrior will never give up his quest." It was a long tale, and one that was famous throughout his tribe. Mato had his own encounters with that area of the lake, and as a Shaman was well aware of the tormented spirits that resided in that area. Alas, even someone like him would never know how to give such a tormented and heartbroken spirit the peace they deserved.

Throughout Mato's entire story, Jocelyn ate each her marshmallows off her stick, completely mesmerized by him. He had a gift for storytelling, capturing attention with the way the wind and the fire even seemed to move in tune to his words. By the end of the story, Jocelyn actually had visible goosebumps all over her arms and shivers went down her body slightly, making her move closer to the fire and wrap her arms around herself. "Wow... that was probably the creepiest and saddest story I've ever heard. It's creepy to think about the restless souls of others staying in this place for eternity," she said with another shiver run down her back.
Jocelyn went quiet for a minute and popped another marshmallow, looking into the fire thoughtfully. "Funny enough, we only got two girls that look like that as far as I know. This sexy Amazon here with awesome tits and that girl Aideen from English class. MmmmMMMMMmm now shes a sexy thing. Best legs and ass I seen in awhile," she said licking her lips and looking at Ariel as she thought of that sexy leather clad Goddess she saw in the garage. "Yea you two are in trouble if we ever take a trip to Mato's. I can't even keep my mouth closed looking at you two" She laughed and reached over in the bag to grab a hot dog and stuck it on the marshmallow free stick to roast. "Still though that was one hell of a story, best one I ever heard. What do you guys think?"

"Good one Chief. Yeah, solid scare in it, gave me 'the bumps' too." out of congeniality said, not that scared he wasn't but Stephen the truth known he didn't want, no not ever on that subject he. Across his lap placed his roasting stick and clean of the sticky sweet stain of the s'mores licked his fingertips . Truly nothing there was that compared could be with a s'more over an open flame cooked.
To reach behind him and turning, into his beat up backpack dug he and with leather pouch around again turned. "I know you know the significance of this eh Chief? It's my medicine pouch, look at that there." to the working on the leather he pointed of vertical symbols a line defined. "It says, 'Six Daemon Bag'... and I'll tell you all how I came to posses it." at the faces through the flames looked he. At the mention of something otherworldly a bit wider now had gone the eyes whose owners sat staring then at the Shade .
"It was not too long ago that this happened. Some might try to say that it didn't happen at all, but they are the ones who want to protect us from the knowing of things we would be well advised not to know." the pouch reached he into. "Now I use this for holding...things, and stuff. But it used to hold something-" in the darkness of the wood he looked around behind him quickly. "-something... unspeakable."
"There was a time that that building we passed on the highway," over his shoulder flicked then his thumb in guise of helping hand "the one that was set well back from the road you know?" back into the pouch reached he and pulled forth fine papers dark, of coconut they smelt. Peeled out one then did his helping hand, helping itself to help them all that would partake. Sealed quickly the packet up and into the pouch again placed. The pouch on his lap he placed as he worked his fingers around wrapping, rolling and readying the wrap for it's marriage soon to follow. "Well it musta been about fifteen years ago now that placed closed...freakin nut house that place was. But before it closed, and maybe it was why it did, but there was this guy who got out."
Played on the paper his tongue did then. Preparing a spot most moist for the wonderful medicine. Great glorious Gaea, oh her green groovy gift how it lifted the essence of man of the planet earth. His hand found the pouch and out then pulled a baggie full of greenish purple herb. Flecked of orange and crystals coating it like gemstones full, and at it he marveled in glow of fire. "Yeah, and this guy he come a creepin through the woods that night. As I hear tell of it, it was a night juuust like this when he found them." The night sky, smoke lifting upward on breeze there it was.
On knee placed the dark coconut scented paper he and carefully then the tiny ziplock baggie opened, pulling the wonderful magical tree by it's stem then out with delicate care. Sought out the pouch again and pulled forth from it a pair of shears with end small and curved for cutting... much the kind a gnats nose hairs one might trim with so precise were they and again yet twicely as sharp. "Group of kids hiking and campin, they'd walked right up on him earlier in the day, but they didn't know about the escape." As the wrapping paper he positioned, coco-nutty and brown, on top of the pouch prepared then did he and hunkering down began his work. from tiny bonsai ganja cutting and trimming to fall in hunks and jagged chunks and somewhat intact kept it he as it was harvested then for their benefit.
Satisfied that sufficiently full was the treat only then into it's sleeve carefully slid was the herb and zipped the baggie shut our boy-shadow did then. Concerned now with the rolling and he said "MMmmm..." to leave none but all in suspense for much longer as danced his tongue along the seal of it then and tight rolled it up. On the log next to him placing it to dry a bit he put away his things and his medicine bag cinched up. "Later that night after following them all day and watching them screw and swap up and screw some more before piling together on the huge spread out blanket for a groaning throbbing free for all he came at them."
At that The SHADE into his shade form BURST and at the lot of them flew. Pouch and roasting stick to the ground fell then as through them he cackled to swirl up and become whole on the other side of the fire. "HaHAhaaahaaa!!! HAHAAaa!" at them all pointed Stephen. "Ahh shit man, that was funny! Burns, you ok?" Pity if there were a drop would have fallen, as white as a sheet was on Kelly Burns stiff with fear.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" A loud almost girlish scream pierced through the air and poor Kelly Burns was stark white in the face and frozen in fright. It took a full minute of him still on Ariel's lap in an iron grip to start let out another wail. "AAAAAAhhhhhhhhaaaaaaa! This isn't cool man, now I'm gonna be looking out for hot dead chick and an insane dude in the trees and then I'm gonna die wondering what happens to all the hot chicks. Man you all SUCK!" Kelly looked at all of them with a scowl and then proceeded to bury his face in Ariel's boobs for comfort.
It took him a moment to move his face from the warm and squishy comfort of Ariel's boobs to look on the ground and what looked like a nice fat blunt. His face went back into it's retreat in Ariel's boob before it emerged from the other direction so he could look at Shade. "Hey Shade, is uh that what I think it is? Cause if that turns out to be oregano again, man I'm gonna be pissed," he announced and decided to put his face right back to Ariel's boobs before he got his answer. Kelly was feeling much better right now and was content holding on to Ariel in his iron grip and his face bent down to his favorite place in the world. "You smell nice Ariel," he said with a muffled voice with his face still in her cleavage.

Ariel's face went straight as she rolled her eyes as Kelly used her chest as a hiding place for his face. She then laughed, though it sounded more like a whine as she tried swatting at his head so her chest wouldn't be so... occupied. "Aw man, come on, get outta there you big girl," she said as she tested his grip on her, as hard a grip as ever that she wouldn't be able to break. "Please let that be a blunt, Stephen so that this one might actually let go of me," she said with another laugh as she poked Kelly with her stick in multiple places. "C'mon man, you're making it hard for me to eat, don't you want to sit back and watch me eat a hot dog?" she tried, laughing some more as she figured it was something that might work if he considered it instead of nestling in her boobs.
"By the way, Joce, far as Aideen goes, don't bother. She don't go for anyone here, believe me, and she don't like the flirty shit. Of course, I'm the only one who seems to get away with it, but that's cause I'm special," she told the Atlantean with a grin, even though Ariel knew the only reason she got away with it was because she was kidding and knew it wouldn't go anywhere. She then reached for a hot dog and stuck it on her stick to start frying over the fire while still using the other end to poke at Kelly some more. "Alright Chickenshit, stop getting up in my boobs. I know you like it there but I want some personal space again, at least for a little while," she said as her hot dog finished cooking over the fire so she could blow on it a little to cool it down before biting down onto it slowly, glancing at Jocelyn and then Mato with a flirty smirk for each of them.

A smile appeared on Mato's face at the reaction Shade's story received from Kelly. "I believe we had enough ghost stories. I fear that Kelly cannot take anymore without losing a night of sleep," he said with a slight laugh and slowly ate his well prepared hot dog. He enjoyed the stories, and furthermore enjoyed the time in the forest. Stories were chilling and frightening when told around a campfire. At his home, Mato remembered nights where he would sit with the younger members of the tribe around a campfire, and with a special mixture of herbs that Shaman Achak made. When he threw it into the fire, it would make it spread out and almost take a shape of some kind. The children would point out what shape the fire took and Mato would make up a story for them.
When it came to people his own age, well he knew few of them. With his studies as a Shaman of the Village, he had little time to spend with many of the warriors and farmers in the village for anything other than combat training. He had a few friends that he cherished and the girl that captured his heart, he didn't need much else. The school was a new experience for him and he enjoyed it very much, and was only enjoying it more as the time passed.
"Is there perhaps another activity to do around the campfire? Perhaps that game you were talking about in the car Jocelyn, the one where you must say three statements about yourself and one must guess which is the truth? Is that right?" Mato asked putting another hot dog on the stick and looking over at the blue beauty.

"OH YEA! Two truths and a lie! That's genius!" Jocelyn said all excited again. "I almost forgot about that. Oh I wanna start!" She leaned over and picked up the carefully rolled blunt, twirling it between her fingers. "Hey Kelly, if you get off Ariel, I'll light up this baby topless!" she said with a giggle. "Besides you gotta save some for me." Jocelyn winked at her and tossed her hair back thinking for a minute which she would choose for her turn. She had some good juicy ones too.
"Okay! I got it! You guys ready for it?" She said with a cute little smirk on her face. "Um I hooked up with a chick and we messed around on my Uncle Namor's bed." Jocelyn giggled and smirked, her pink tongue going over her lips cutely. "I actually did have a crush of a sort on a guy once and earlier today when I went to shower after dinner, I realized I forgot my bag outside my door so I opened my door naked and gave Nightcrawler one hell of a show." At this point she was in a small fit of laughter looking at everyone's faces.
"So who's gonna take a guess? I bet none of you will guess the lie either." Jocelyn said with a giggle and stuck the blunt right in between her cleavage, winking at Kelly in the process. "Who's it gonna be?"

"Heh, that's easy." spoke he, the boy-shadow, bold in tone yet a bluff true enough. "You think we don't know 'bout you Smurfette?" Smile dry and twisted, friend to she he was yet friend enough in the flush times, in the dry kept close his herb miserly . Swagger slight, eyes wandering not the slightest from cleft betwixt orbs. Between which held his one true love....yet for something other his craving grew and doubled. That something denied for long it would not remain.
"You dear sweet raspberry otter pop girl. You just may have the rest fooled, but I see more than you know." tongue protruding, eyes set to crossing, gurgle of sinister sound bubbled up. A laugh never to be guessed, yet twas the closest he might have come yet for at least for some time. "You are a closet straight girl, soooo I guess.... the crush. I seen how you look at me, yeah, but forget it Splice. No dice, this heart I got's cold as ice, you might seem nice, but think twice....gansta rappin ain't my only vice." jokingly played he the jest then on she, the time in class mocked of State Capitals rapped, nearly naked and most alphabetically. Credit extra earned not yet a bet she did win and the boy-shadow ne'er forgot the cool air, up the skirt she made him wear...paybacks a bitter bitch be.

In the blink of an eye, Kelly was off of Ariel and sitting next to Jocelyn with a very eager look on his face. "Ok I'm off, I'm off! Now c'mon you promised tops off!" he said with a big grin, his eyes right on Jocelyn's chest. "Oh and uh... Aw man I'll be pissed if that Nightcrawler one is true. WHY NOT ME MAN?! Why not me??" Kelly got a little tearful for a moment thinking how he always missed out on the good stuff. It was like the most awesome things happened to everyone but him. Okay maybe not everything just the things he really would have liked to see. It truly did upset Kelly and it make him wish he could be like Multiple Man and just be everywhere and see it all. Until then he would settle on looking at the most awesome blue boobs EVER.
"Oh see that's where you're wrong Stephen, I know she had a crush on me at one point cause, I mean come on! Look at me!" he said with a 'duh' look on his face and down at himself and then back at the group. "I'm totally hot. I'm what they call 'man pretty.' and that's why every girl wants to do it with me. But I have standards you know, no uggos for me, no thanks. I save those for The Thing." Kelly had an stubborn look on his face for a moment before continuing. "I'm guessing that it's hooking up with some hot chick on your Uncle Namor's bed. Cause come on, if that happened you know his royal guards or whatever would have totally joined in. Who wouldn't? I would've," Kelly said opening a can of beer with a big smile on his face as he imagined it in his head. "Alright whatever, top off woman, you promised me boobs!"

Ariel grinned and grabbed a beer as Kelly jumped over to Jocelyn. “I think it’s the last one. I know it’s all very well and possible that someone might see you naked after a shower cause your crazy ass walks around that school naked, but I don’t think Nightcrawler was fortunate enough to have been there at that exact moment. Besides, I know you would hook up with a chick on your Uncle Namor’s bed, whether there were guards there or not, and even lesbians and gays have at least one crush on the opposite sex, even if it’s only the one. Maybe it’s before you realized you were a lesbian, but you didn’t specify when,” she said with a sly smile, using a little turn of logic behind her answer. “I say the Nightcrawler one is the untrue one. Now off with that shirt you, I heard a promise of boobs. Let’s see em!”
She opened her beer and grinned at Jocelyn, taking a swig of her beer and grabbing another hot dog, planning to have a few of those. I do like meat, she thought with a smirk as she stuck it on her stick and hung it over the fire. Turning to Mato, who hadn’t taken his guess yet, she looked at him and nodded her head at Jocelyn. “Your turn, which do you think is the lie?” she asked, taking another swig of her beer as she looked at Jocelyn so she made sure she could see those boobs come out of hiding.

Taking a sip of cool refreshing herbal water from his deerskin canteen, Mato closed it slowly as he thought over the choices and what little that he knew of Jocelyn's character. He instantly liked the Dolphin spirit withing her, and it told him a lot without having to know her long. He didn't know how complicated or straightforward her sexuality was, but he did know that she did respect others despite her free spirit. After careful thought, he was ready to venture his guess.
Mato looked at Jocelyn with a smile, and said, "I actually agree with Kelly, but for a different reason. I think that you respect your Uncle Namor far too much to violate his personal space in that manner, though I would not put it past you to have continued activities in other places as a true exhibishonist." His gray eyes sparkled with a knowing glint in the fire as he looked at the lovely blue maiden. It was a delight for him to be in the company of so many unique characters and to see them all in a new environment. In many ways, Mato felt the school was quite confining in the sense that it dictated their actions too much. Here he was able to see all of them without pressure from their peers and just being themselves.
The most noticeable person who seemed to have a more free feel to them was Shade. Here he didn't have to deal with the dictations of his team and acted possibly more as himself than Mato could have ever guessed. He was there as the best friend of Kelly Burns and oddly enough of Jocelyn as well. The Spirit of the Dolphin and the Spirit of the bat were actually quite compatible when pressed, and Mato watched their spirits play when they were close. Perhaps there was something to this odd friendship, and he was looking forward to see how it grew with the Spirits of all in the group intermingling and learning more of one another.
