Lurai had scampered down the hall on all fours, thinking she was running late because the watch she had in her room was running at least five minutes faster than she remembered setting it for after taking a while to figure out how to use it. As soon as she stepped in the class, on just her feet she looked up at the clock and found she was right on time, a minute or two early even. She smirked to herself at the silliness of her being late for class. Even if she was running late, all she'd have to do was just run like in gym and she would probably just make it anyway, so she had to let out a laugh at herself for the unnecessary worry.
She looked at Miss Frost with a toothy grin and took a step closer. "Good morning, Miss Frost," she greeted before heading over to sit with her teammates. She saw Jasper sitting with his arms folded in the back of the class and nodded at him before taking a seat close to Sean and k'8. "Good morning you two," she said to them with the same toothy grin, and then saw the two Paragons with them as well. "Same to you," she said, looking and nodding at first Tempest and then Frostbite. She liked both of them fine, since she didn't think anything was wrong with them. Tempest seemed quiet and withdrawn, but she didn't annoy Lurai so she was good in her books. Frostbite seemed to be different from what Lurai was used to seeing, but since she had done the wolf girl no wrong, she didn't have anything against her either.
She settled down in her seat, one foot up on her seat with her arm around it and had her bag on the floor. Her tail wagged behind her through the open space as she had placed her books on her desk and waited for everyone else to get their slow behinds to class so things could get started.

Kevin whistled lightly as he entered, it was a large class and already it was pretty full. "Wohoa." he said softly and adjusted his tie as he looked for his friends. "Oh there you guys are." He walked over to the rest of the Acolytes knowing they would have saved him a seat.
He smiled "Morning ma'am." he said as he walked past MsForst, a nice southernish expresiion he picketd up form Seam. Next to Diesel, Tuneup was probably the guy he hung around with the most. He was friendly and polite and if he didn't like Kevin's being gay he never showed it, he was a true gentelman and his girlfriend was a sweatheart even if she had a hell of an old man.
He couldn't judge her though his dad was a big jerky devil himself, who hated Kevin being gay more than he hated him being a mutant. Actually the more Hardlight thought of it he really loved it at the school, it was way beter than his parent's house. It was his true home and since him and Kris were talking again things weren't so bad. He didn't get too persnoal after class yesterday, he didn't want to open the door fully like that to give the guy the wrong idea.
He liked Hemlok as a friend and all like that but to date a guy like him would be sorta creepy. It would be like dating his sister or somthing, they were both as far as he knew the 'girl' in the equation and Kevin wanted a man for himself. He was patient and he just foccused on his workouts and his school work and his lightsculpts. He figgured the rest would come along when it was the time for it.

Bringing her elbow all the way back, Sky jammed it right in the hollow part of Lian's stomach. The hit was enough to knock the wind out of her and for Sky to get out of her hold. "Lian IS shit, how does that work for you dog eater?" she said and pushed her into her seat, quickly sitting down a seat away from her and practically forcing Kat to sit in between them. She laughed and stuck her tongue out at her. "That what you get for killing kittens and putting them into the so called sesame chick. We all know what it is," she said cracking up at the look on Lian's face. "Oh man, I'm regretting for Chase to have missed that."
Sky put her feet up on the desk and looked over at Kat skeptically. "Bursting bubbles already? Watch your step Kat girl, its the sweet and innocent ones that got no problem drowning little kitties in a bag," she said and put her binky in her mouth, throwing her bag on the chair next to her to save for Chase. She wondered if Dante would be gracing them with his sexy self in class. He did mention that he dropped out, so she couldn't be sure if he'd show up. Sky just loved looking at him.
Flipping her bag open, she took out her messed up and doodled notebook, tossing it on the desk. It was practically falling apart with disturbing doodles of people, for example one of Lian choking a dog with a speech bubble saying 'Dinnertime! I always liked it fresh!' and then one of Chase dragging Katana by the hair and then one of her swinging her around and bashing her into a wall with her hair, and then one with Katana sitting scalp-less, holding her hair with scalp still attached and crying with a speech bubble that said 'No body loves me! I have no friends, but I have Athlete's foot on my face! WAAAHHHHHH.' Sky was quite productive with her time in class.

Right about then the rest of the Hellions, Emma Frost's very own team of once super villains in the making, walked in. They were much like soldiers now with no war to fight and they carried a swagger about them, a confidence in their stance. There was Norrison who was more widely known as Inflict leading them as he walked in with his girl on his arm. Rose was the name her parents had given her, but she preferred Machete, it suited her in a fashion that no other name ever would, since she was bold and sharp and cutting in many ways... not just in her mutant power, but her attitude and rapier wit as well. Chester followed them and his size belied the man he was. Stoney was his codename but a softer heart one could not find amongst them. Absent was their second in command, Decibel...who was on tour still with Dazzler in Europe and helping out when needed with Excalibur, thankfully Brock had stepped in to fill her slot until her return. Also missing was Stephen, the SHADE...yet as the three Hellions walked into class and made their way to the front row a darkness pervaded the area. It congregated and coalesced into the seat next to Kelly Burns a moment later and a second more found the Shade becoming Stephen again right before everyone's eyes. "S'upp Burns?" he said as he leaned over, dark circles under his eyes. Stoney took the next seat down and Inflict sat on the other side of Rumble with Machete next to him closest to the door, her legs crossing in that oh so sexual way that she knew pushed Norrison's buttons.

Ivy almost couldn't believe that for a second her team had forgotten about her, for as soon as just about every one of them came in they saw her and greeted her. They missed her, too and it made her happy to know they were glad she was back. She had a big smile on her face as they all came, and was glad that Ricki missed her enough to hug her, except as soon as she did she squirmed from her embrace with a nervous squeal, and tried to dodge when Ian patted her shoulder. It was an instinctive reaction she had come to form because she wanted to make sure that no one got poisoned by her, and even though he had touched her clothed shoulder the pat was a little harder than he thought. It was alright, because it didn't changed that he missed her too. She just hoped that neither he nor Ricki were offended because she had become afraid of being touched.
Everything seemed to be happening all at once, from Gavin coming over first and catching her up on the couple of weeks she had missed. It was quite surprising to hear- Torri was demoted to the Alpha Squadron? Ivy had thought she could've handled it, but she had noticed ever since Ricki had shown up she had started clinging to her. She didn't want to think it was the best thing for Torri since she knew it had to have sucked for her to get moved down, but she had come to see how timid she was, and for now it was rather suiting. Lorelai had left the team as well, and had switched to the Paragons. This surprised her as well, since she thought that she still fit on the team. Before being quarantined, she did see her having problems though, but she didn't think it was that bad for her to have to switch out. That kind of sucked too, since Ivy liked Lorelai, but because she was on another team didn't make her some sort of traitor. She didn't know about the others, but the switch didn't really change anything for her. Lorelai was still the same person, right?
"Wow..." was all she could muster after everyone greeting her, asking her how she was and filling her in on things she missed. "Oh, I-I'm fine now guys. I'm back," she said with a little laugh, and smiled. "I promise I'm not gonna sneeze and poison you guys or anyone else anymore," she laughed again, smiling somewhat sheepishly before looking to Haven as she spoke to her. "Yeah, I'm glad I'm out of there. It got too.....you know?" she said, twisting her face a little to express what it was like, though she was sure Haven knew what she meant. Ivy didn't want to let the others know that it was lonely in there, and it wasn't fun when no one came by to see you even to talk through the door, nor did she want to make them feel bad that any of them hadn't come by.
Shaking off the thoughts, she smiled again at all of them and looked at them all. It had felt like it had been forever since she last saw them and she was really happy to be back. "It'll be good to have a team meeting," she said, catching Gavin's comment about it, "I'll be able to catch up on everything that way. Katana is on the team now, right?" she asked, looking over at the odd girl. Katana always seemed slightly off to her, like if she had Ivy's powers while having a cold and purposely used them to keep people away, since no one really seemed to go near her at all. Ivy wasn't sure what to think about having her on the team, since she didn't really have that much of an opinion of her in the first place. No one seemed to like her, but Ivy would just see for herself. She looked away from her and looked at the rest of her team. "So aside from everything going on, how have you guys been? Practices going well and all that? Oh, and did you all do the homework? I wonder if you guys wrote as much as I did....I probably overdid it," she said with a sheepish laugh, running a hand through her red hair as she glanced at the homework sitting on her desk.

The door to the English class burst open and the long time gone, memorable, and always the stealer of spotlights walked through the doors. "I'm BACK!" Jocelyn yelled, arms wide and posing in the doorway. "I know ya'll missed me, don't lie!" She laughed and grinned at Ms. Frost spinning around to show herself off. The year and a half that she spent in Atlantis really made her grow up on the outside and the inside. Her body filled out completely, short hair grew down to her back, she had to have shot up by at least three inches. The one thing that never changed though was her wild and extroverted personality. "I'm back, hotter, louder than ever, but I'm still blue as ever!"
Jocelyn grinned at Ms. Frost and walked over, very proud of herself that she managed to walk in heels straight. "Check me out Ms. Frost, I can walk in heels now, and I'm wearing a skirt!" She laughed, remembering how the elusive, sexy as sin, Emma Frost would comment on her tomboyish nature. She walked right up to Ms. Frost and hugged her. "Oh I missed this place so much! It just wasn't the same without you guys!" she said when she pulled away and grinned up at the Headmistress, the one who insisted she spend some time in Atlantis with her father to begin with. ~Thanks Ms. Frost, you were right I did learn a lot there~, she thought in her head before turning to the class.
"Wow, I have been gone awhile. I know like none of you." Jocelyn gestured to the unfamiliar faces. "But I know all of you! Kelly Burns! Get over here and gimme some love!" She waited for Kelly to stand up and give her a hug. "Trace! Ariel! Damn you two look good! I oughta write your parents letters of thanks for making you two!" The first person she went to was Tracy, embracing the girl she had stuck to like peanut butter to the roof of your mouth when they were on Storm's Blitz Squad together. "Oh I missed you girly! So much!" Jocelyn said in her ear and gave her and extra squeeze before pulling away and turning to Ariel. "I got plenty of hugs to give around girl, you ain't getting away!" She pulled her right into a hug, sighing in pleasure at the feel of the girl's body against hers. In heels she was about an inch taller than the Amazon and taking full advantage of it, being the first time she had ever been taller than Ariel. "Girl you look hot, really hot," she purred slightly before pulling away and winking. She was laughing at the exclamations from others and responding to them with cute little winks and blowing kisses to Kelly Burns. Jocelyn cat like grin widened when she saw Mason, leaning her hands on his desk and looking down at him. "Heya Mase. I know you missed me. Your life must have been totally miserable without me huh?" She laughed out loud, a laugh that had been missed ringing through the halls of the school for quite some time. "Don't worry you don't gotta cry yourself to sleep anymore, I'm back!" Jocelyn giggling again and leaned down to give him a kiss on the cheek. She knew that she used to annoy the crap out of him, but that didn't stop her either
She flounced right into the seat behind Kelly Burns, laughing and grinning right at the Hellions. She had never had anything against them, never even scared of them really, just cause it wasn't in her. Like Kelly Burns, who liked them just cause he didn't get the dangerous part of them, she just liked them cause she did, and nothing that they said made her back off. They got used to it after awhile when they realized threats and just about anything wouldn't make her leave them alone anymore than it made Kelly Burns leave them. "Looks like I'm not the only one who grew up, look at you guys! Stoney, phew you are packing some MAJOR muscles! Gotta use that rock hand of yours to beat the drooling chicks away huh? Shade, your as dark as ever, looks good on ya," she said winking at the mysterious SHADE that frightened many. " Inflict, Machete, you two still the sexiest couple around. Ow OWW feelin' the hotness from here," she said with a laugh. Jocelyn leaned out of her seat and moved to give Rumble a kiss on the cheek. "Rumble what the HELL happened to you man? You missed me enough that you got yourself beat up to get rid of the pain?" Jocelyn giggled again and looked around at all the other curious faces looking at her. "Hey everybody! I know what you're all thinking, and you're right. Blue is totally my color."

"I'd say dangle her outside the observation tower window," Ricki said with a bit of a nervous giggle - though she hoped no one else spotted it - she was trying to play it casual. Ricki'd been trying her best lately to keep herself out of other people's buisness, but for some reason, her insides were practically burning with curiosity due to Heather's new-found confidence and her behaviour towards Gavin. None of my buisness... none of my buisness... none of my buisness... she continued to chant in her head as she pulled all her equipment out and layed it out on the table, though the curosity continued to rage near the back of her mind. Uh, whatever. It's none of my buisness! But then why is it bothering me? Uh... Ignore... ignore...
She half-turned in her seat to look at Gavin and Ivy, her casual happy smile still dancing on her face. Ricki rolled her eyes at Ivy, "You always do more than required! It's not fair! Why are you so smart?!" Ricki complained, though her joking undertone was obvious, wonder what Heather... NONE OF MY BUISNESS! "Knowing birdboy, he probably wrote two lines of the homework before doodling my face all over the page." Ricki stuck her tongue out at Gavin, giggling as she spoke. "Yeah yeah, I know, I wish." she said, rolling her eyes. "Either way, now Heather's back, maybe you'll lay off bothering me." she added, pulling a screwy-goofy face at Gavin. None of my buisness... none of my buisness... stay out... keep out...
"Anyywhoo - I did okayish amounts, probably - scratch that - definitley not as much as y-" Ricki halted in her words due to two things happening one after the other. The first being the Hellions entering like a dark army, carrying a sort of aura around them that made Ricki feel preettyyy uneasy and the second being the enterance of a blue-skinned female. Uh... wow. Ricki thought she'd seen the height of hyper-ness when she'd seen Lian, Chase and Sky mess about - but seriously, this one person was like - equivelant to all three. And Ricki could tell she wasn't a new student because she seemed to know all the older people. Ricki gazed at the little 'happy group' while the exchanged hugs and kisses.
"Who is that?!" Ricki asked flickering her glance at Ivy and Gavin, her words being half-drowned by her own giggles. The newcommer's enterance was certainly one to leave it's mark, and the hyper-ness was enough to have Ricki amused. "Oh woww... *giggle* Never seen her before, but seeeems like she knows the Corsairs and Hellions... *giggle*" Ricki was smiling at the girl even though she didn't realize it. She took a moment to return her gaze back to Gavin and Ivy, trying to remember what they were speaking about before the exotic-looking girl made her enterance.

Seeing that Gavin agreed, Heather was a bit more calm that before. However there was still a matter of actually telling him what she wanted to say and then hearing his response. The worst thing he could say was "No". But she did hope that if that was his answer, it wouldn't change anything between them. She cared about him too much for their friendship to turn awkward (even thought she understood that she was taking a huge risk after class). She allowed him to converse with Ricki and Ivy since she saw Veronika sit right next to her. Heather leaned in her chair over to her best friend and spoke very low so that only she could hear. "I asked him," she said with a proud smile while looking back to Gavin. She caught his eye and smiled warmly before tilting her head back to Veronika. Heather's confidence was something Veronika and her mother were definitely responsible for. Thanks to them, Heather had a new way of thinking and doing things. She then remembered that she needed to call her dad back. I'll call him after I speak to Gavin. Hopefully I could tell him some good news, she thought with a giggle.
She was still speaking to Veronika when the new Paragon came in. What is her deal? Heather just couldn't get it. Why people liked to just bother others out of no where. It was like Heather's relationship with Haven. Heather tried to be nice and help her out but only got yelled at to leave her alone. The New Mutant did just that and since then, Haven was just a mean bitch. To this day Heather would never understand unless they actually sat down and spoke things out. But Haven was stubborn and Heather knew that would never happen. Instead, they stayed out of each other's ways and Katlyn was the new problem now. Looking at the Paragon Pirate, Heather rose an eyebrow and looked to Veronika. "OK?" was all she said. Heather would not allow the girl to get under her skin. She was focused on getting Gavin and if Katlyn was a possible threat to that, she would make sure to "get what she wanted".
The Hellions all walked in, something Heather never really paid attention to. They weren't her cup of tea, however they weren't all bad. Decibal was cool (even thought she wasn't there). But Inflict and Machete, those two were dangerous. Even Stoney had a scary appearance. The sound of heels made Heather look to the door again, seeing a blue exotic-looking girl. "Wow," she whispered. She wondered if she had any relations with Nightcrawler or Mystique; the whole blue skinned thing was still sort of new. But it was still incredibly cool. Heather wondered who the girl was since she was already so popular with the Hellions and Corsairs. "Wonder what team she is on," she commented to Veronika.

'What the hell? The new girl is blue! Hot, but BLUE! Holy crap, what a weird thing too, all buddy buddy with the Hellions? At least she knows how to drag the attention from everyone.' Jasper though with a half sort of smirk. So the class wouldn't be a total mess and he wouldn't be too bored. Someone to take the attention away from miss Frost once in a while was a good thing. 'Daaaamn!' He thought with a grin, assuming the flirting between towards the older students was simple playful banter. After all, he wanted to assume the best.

Despite himself, a small brief smile broke out on Mason's face. So many things have happened since he got picked up from his house by Jean Grey and Cyclops all those years ago, he'd watch people come and go, gotten into some nasty fights, had a fuse shorter than a half used matchstick. He'd made friends and enemies, watched people older than him leave, lost many to various attacks on the school, attended many funerals and helped bury many as well. He was used to losing people, but whenever one came back, it was generally a delight for him. "Joce, it's good to have you back," he said in his low gruff voice that was betrayed by the slight smile on his face.
Mason remembered the girl well, this little tomboy that was practically attached to Tracy's hip. He had a thing for his girl back then too, but wouldn't make a move cause of Jocelyn barely ever leaving her side. That girl just never stopped talking and would follow him around asking the most random things. "Why don't you like Inflict? Is it cause of his hair? How come you don't like Emma Frost? Can I get a ride in your car? Will you teach me to drive?...." The questions never ended, whether Mason answered them or not. She always wanted to play whatever sport the guys were playing outside and for awhile she was quite the annoying thing. Eventually though, Jocelyn grew on him as much as she did on the Hellions and he couldn't help but not be happy to hear the familiar laugh ring through the class. Some ghosts from the past would never come back to life, but to feel her presence again was comforting, reminding him that not everything that goes away stays away.
Sneaking a glance at Tracy, he let the small smile come back at the look on her face. "You missed her huh doll?" he said in a low voice, looking back at her greeting the Hellions. Some things will never change, Mason thought fondly before a frown came over his face when he looked around the class. Where the hell is Fox? She never misses a class.

A big grin broke out on Ariel's face when she saw Jocelyn burst into the room like she always used to, only instead of seeing the tomboyish look she was so used to seeing, she saw something much better. Jocelyn was looking verrrry fine, more filled out and grown up, and Ariel now couldn't resist trailing her eyes up and down the girl's form as she went greeting Kelly and then Tracy. She had to grin when it was her turn and eagerly got up to accept Jocelyn's nice tight hug. The last time she had seen her, Ariel had seen her as a younger tomboyish version of herself, except not so eccentric and crazy, nor did she find her attractive in the way she found chicks now. Now was totally different, and damn, was she glad she opened her eyes and chose to start getting the best of both worlds.
Ariel hugged her back just as tightly and couldn't resist using it as an opportunity to feel Jocelyn's body and when she let go she let her hand fall on her ass before taking it off and sitting back down. She laughed and grinned. "Same to you girl, damn, you grew up. Atlantis was quite kind your lovely blue ass," she said with a flirtacious smirk before watching as Jocelyn went to go bother Mason. It had always been funny to watch her bug Mason all the time, prodding him with endless questions and whatever else she felt like doing at the time. She always laughed when he got worked up, and it was worth being the decoy in team practices from time to time as his form of getting her back. At least he loosened up with it and now he was cool with it, but it didn't change that it was still quite funny. Man, it's great to have Joce back. It's like the good old days again. Things oughta be better, and daaaaamn I would love to hook up with her now. She reeeally looks good now, really really hot. Finally, an available chick who's hot and is on the other side of the tracks. Oh yea man, Ariel thought with a smirk as her eyes followed the Acolyte as she went to go say hello to the Hellions. If Ariel had been in a good mood coming into class, she was in an even better mood now.

Brock's eyes never left Emma's form, proud of the badge on his face that he wore proudly. The only time he moved his eyes at all away was when his teammates came in. His eyes met Inflict's in greeting, a glint behind them that his teammate knew well. There was no mistake how proud Brock was at the moment, proudly showing off the bruise on his face as beneath the cold blue eyes swirled with the powerful force of revenge. He always struck back, and it was always a very memorable strike. Brock wore hits from his prize as badges, the fact that he got her to crack made him very proud, which meant that the first step was complete. He got through her defenses, and all that was left was to break her completely.
Until then, he could enjoy all the amusement he wanted, including the Ice girl that was acting as such a good nurse. She'd be a fine toy for his amusement, and earned herself a dark smirk from Brock as well as a solid once over to make her feel good about herself. "You are a good Nursey aren't you," he stated with an amused look twisting on his face. The more she amused him, the more little rewards she'd get, that's how it worked. Whether she comprehended how Brock played his little games was another story, and frankly he didn't give a damn. He didn't change his games for anyone but him, and she rolled the dice, it was only courteous for her to play it through.
His thoughts of revenge were broken by a familiar voice penetrating the air, a voice that had been absent from the school for a good while, but not a particularly unpleasant one. Not unpleasant at all.... she grew up, Brock though, his eyes raking over her now full figure. "Don't taint my badge Blue," he said after she kissed his cheek. "You look really good Blue, really good." Brock said, looking her over once more. Really good. Not as good as my prize but not bad. Too bad shes a bean flicker. It never stopped me before, but I got other things on my mind. Besides, she ain't a challenge. He took that opportunity to look around the class and for the first time see that his prize wasn't there. She was always either the first to arrive or one of the first. Oh no my pet, what have you been up to? This will not do at all.

He was getting to class early today, or so he had planned to do. Chase was actually going to be there before Emma shut the door and once that happened it was god awful if you opened it up again on your own. He did that once and then hours later found himself happily scrubbing the kitchen floor- HAPPILY!?!- she was standing there and so were some of the other students watching the show.
He was soaked and covered in grease and soap bubbles and looking around he realized he had cleaned and scoured the entire kitchen. A realization came over him as Emma had lifted her control that he had been singing Disney tunes and whisting the whole time he had been under her mental influence. It was embarrassing so he never tried to open the door to her class on his own again after she had shut it ever again. It was not so bad as that if he knocked to enter.
The hardship for that was the weekend he had to clean out the stables but it was combined with the punishment from Nightcrawler for 'goofing off' in team practice and getting everybody 'killed'. Though he hadn't been goofing off, not even by a long shot, he was only trying hard to accomplish the goal by thinking outside of the rules. He didn't like the term "cheating", but he knew he wouldn't play by anybodies rules if cheating meant succeeding in the real world.
If I'm late because of that doucheweed Inflict and his too tough posersquad, even that bluegirl beat me in and did some kinda show sounds like. Oh look the door is still open. Chase had seen the show Splice put on from the locker he had been shoved in upside down. Out of breath he rushed in and in the same tone of voice as the blue babe said "MEEE tooo! I'm baAAack and you know you all missed me more, specially you guys in the front row. I'm louder and hotter and more rightside up than you left me five minutes ago. I'd have kisses for you all but-" he saw the looks on their faces "but uh, my lips uh" and swallowed his snide remarks.
"I'm not late today Miss Frost," he grinned at her "even though I had some help. Tryin to help me to uh, umm." He looked over his shoulder to Inflict and knew he shouldn't have just put them on frontstreet like that. He felt the stare from those red rimmed eyes and stopped right in his words. Those guys might have been playing with him but he didn't want to push his luck. They were cool enough to buy him booze, with a huge enough markup to make it was worth their while, but he sure didn't want to piss them off.
Grinning and nodding his head as cool as he ever was, putting up the front for the gang, he walked past them to his seat. He swore the shade made a move at him and he jumped, bumping into a desk as he tried to get out of his reach. But when he grimaced and got back to his desk he considered that maybe it had been his overactive imagination. "Hey I made on time today, check me out. I'm like a student and all. Even have a boo-? Aw shit, my books." He slapped a hand to his face.

A minute later, Aideen slipped through the door of the English class, the first time she ever cut it close before being late. Her face was flushed from running all the way through the woods and right into the school and straight to class. She knew that she wasn't late since the door was still opened and the weird looks in class were directed at FreezeFrame who was in the middle of making an entrance. Aideen nodded at Emma Frost in respectful greeting while slipping over to where Niki and Ian sat. She picked her books up and smirked slightly when she caught Niki's eye. "Thanks Niki," she said holding her best friend's stare for a moment and let a small smile slip from her smirk. It was gone before anyone other than Niki could have seen it. Aideen knew that Niki worried about her, just like Aideen did when Niki was still facing punishment and for the most part kept separate from the other students. It was fine, because despite the concern both knew the other would pull through, but it was nice to know that there was always someone that had your back.
Walking over to her seat, Aideen caught Mason's eye, relaxing herself as if nothing was weird and nodded to him. She slid in the seat next to Mato, nodding at him. "Hey," she said softly, her eyes taking in the room. They stopped on the dark haired blue girl with wings on her feet. She looked her over with a raised eyes for a moment and then dismissed her. She was getting used to the oddest of people showing up at the school, whether be for a visit or a more permanent stay. Calmly as ever, Aideen took out all her assignments and set them neatly on the table. She opened her protein bar and took careful bites of it to get something in her system, planning on throwing it away if she didn't finish before class started.
Her dark intelligent eyes observed the class, holding back a smirk as her eyes passed over Rumble and softening only when she looked at Stoney before coming to rest at the front of the class. Nothing looked out of the ordinary other than the blue girl that seemed bursting with excitement. Aideen set her assignments first and waited for class to begin, anxious for it. She was ready to leave, and ready to see Logan again. All that stood between the weekend was this class and she was ready for it to start.

"Hey sweetheart, just made it huh?" Tracy smiled at Ember as she took her seat. She was still reeling with excitement from the return of her long absent Blitz Squad sister. HeartString could feel the confusion and anxiety that Jocelyn's floorshow entrance had caused, looking around at the stunned faces she thought it would be obvious to anybody really.
She thought back to the times when the two of them would team up at practices and how much they had meant to one other. Tracy had begun to come into her own on the team, even still though she was hindered with her powers, and timid from the overpowering sensations she would encounter during combat conditions. When the young blue tomboy arrived at the school all that changed.
As it turned out she would come to be the last Team Member that Storm accepted. When Storm left the school the Blitz Squad was disbanded and the team members were dispersed among the other teachers. Tracy went to the Corsairs at that time but she never forgot how the half Atlantean's mutant power had helped her along. While her own power gave untold insight to the young girl on what others felt toward her.
Jocelyn had confessed after their first time 'together' that she had always thought people felt differently about her. Tracy enjoyed their time as one for an entirely different reason, the girl had an incredible amount of self confidence and it was a wonderful thing to experience first hand. Not to mention that when Atlanteans are in water they are incredibly strong and fast and resistant to injury. With the bonus of flight Tracy loved teaming with her and until this moment she hadn't realized how much she had missed being 'with' her.
Turning to Mason she grabbed his hand and said "I know you and her didn't start off as friends but wow, I really missed that Splice. She was great for me, you know that. It is so cool to see her back." The look on her face was one of relief, there had been a little something missing from Tracy's sparkle in her eyes since Limbo and the young girl dying in her arms, but now as Mason could see it had returned. "I want to say hey to her after class, catch up you know. But don't worry I wont hold us up."
